V-JET counselling is the final step in admission to Vignan University’s undergraduate programmes. The schedule of V-JET counselling 2020 will be announced after the declaration of V-JET 2020 results. A common merit list will be prepared based on candidate's performance in V-JET 2020 exam and eligible candidates will be called for the V-JET Counseling through a common ranking. The candidates are required to be present in person for counselling. In case of absence, the seat will be offered to the next candidate.
V-JET 2020 Counselling: Highlights
- Candidates will be called for counselling based on their eligibility and ranking in the merit list
- Documents will verified to ascertain whether the information provided by the candidates in the application form is correct and valid
- Seats will be allotted to candidates whose document verification is successful.
- The candidate should also pay Rs 10, 000, the admission fee to confirm his/her seat
- The varsity reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidates even at a later point, if any discrepancy is noticed.
V-JET 2020 Counselling Round
Candidates are required to report at the Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research (Deemed to be University) premises at Vadlamudi, Guntur District, A.P. Admissions will be purely on merit and by following the reservation policy applicable to the varsity Candidates need to be physically present at the counselling centre failing which their provisional admission will stand cancelled. They are required to produce all original certificates for scrutiny by the University. Upon verification of documents, they will be required to pay the admission fees. Once the fee payment is done, their admission will be final.
V-JET 2020 Counselling 2020: Documents Required
Candidates should carry the following documents to the counselling centre:
- V-JET 2020 scorecard
- V-JET 2020 admit card
- V-JET 2020 fee payment acknowledgement slip
- Class 10 marksheet (original and photocopy)
- Class 12 marksheet (original and photocopy)
- Transfer certificate issue by the last institution attended (original and photocopy)
- Migration certificate issued by the last institution attended (original and photocopy)
- Photo ID (original and photocopy)
- Address Proof (original and photocopy)
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- 5 passport size color photograph
V-JET 2021 Fee Structure
The candidates are divided into 2 categories: category A and category B. The fee structure for both of these categories is different. Check below the fee structure of both the categories:
Category A: Admissions are based on candidate’s performance in V-JET 2020 exam. Also, the candidates need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e. a minimum CGPA of 6 in Andhra Pradesh or above 55% aggregate marks in Telangana and other South Indian states or 50% aggregate marks in all other states’ qualifying exam( +2/ Intermediate exam).
Category B: The candidate must be a pass in qualifying exam (+2/Intermediate exam) with a minimum CGPA of 6 in Andhra Pradesh or above 55% aggregate marks in Telangana and other South Indian states or 50% aggregate marks in all other states.
