JIPMAT 2025 Result: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release JIPMAT results online on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/JIPMAT. Test takers must use the login credentials, including the application number and date of birth to check the JIPMAT 2025 result. JIPMAT scorecard comprises multiple details, including name, roll number, score, qualifying status, and more. In the previous session, a total of 12207 candidates applied for JIPMAT 2025 exam. Out of the total applicants, 10115 appeared for the national level exam.

Qualified candidates must update their Class 10 and Class 12 scores for participating institutes to prepare the composite scores, if required. Candidates are selected for the IPM admission process conducted by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu based on the JIPMAT 2025 score. Q: What is the validity of JIPMAT scorecard?

The validity of a JIPMAT score is typically determined by the respective institutions that accept JIPMAT scores for admission into their programs. Primarily, JIPMAT exam is conducted for admission into IPM courses offered by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. JIPMAT score validity for Iims is one year. The validity of a JIPMAT score refers to the duration for which the score is considered acceptable for admission purposes. The admission policies released by the JIPMAT participating institutes notifies the score validity.

Q: Will JIPMAT answer key be available and its result be declared on the same day?

JIPMAT answer key is released in two phases. Initially, NTA releases the provisional answer key. Candidates are allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key until a specified date. Soon after the objection window is closed, NTA releases the final answer key along with the declaration of JIPMAT results. Therefore, the date for release of the provisional answer key and result declaration is different. However, the release date of final answer key and declaration date for JIPMAT results is the same. The timing for final answer key release and result declaration may differ.

Q: When will the JIPMAT result be declared? Can I apply for re-checking my answers, after the results?

NTA is yet to notify the JIPMAT event schedule for the declaration of the results. JIPMAT 2024 exam will be conducted on June 6. With the exam scheduled to be conducted, in first week of June, candidates can expect the release of JIPMAT results in the third week of June. The scorecard will be made available for download on the official website. Candidates can access the JIPMAT scorecard using their date of birth or password created at the time of registration. The scorecard will be used during the IPM admission process at IIM Jammu, and IIM Bodh Gaya.

JIPMAT 2025 Result Compilation Process

NTA has compiled the JIPMAT result based on the performance of the candidate to be evaluated using the final answer key. Owing to a single shift, there is no normalisation process for JIPMAT 2025. NTA will evaluate raw scores in JIPMAT 2025 based on the following marking scheme.

(+) 4 for every correct response
(-) 1 for every incorrect response
No negative marking for unattempted questions

JIPMAT Evaluation Criteria

NTA has prepared the result of the test taker based on the correct answers appearing in the JIPMAT final answer key. For all the correct responses marked by the candidate, NTA awards 4 marks. In case any question is dropped due to a technical error, all the candidates who have attempted the question shall be awarded marks for the same.

Q: Can I request a re-evaluation of my JIPMAT exam results?

No, candidates cannot request for revaluation or rechecking of JIPMAT result. There is no provision for rechecking/re-evaluation/ re-totaling of the result/score and no query in this regard will be entertained. JIPMAT score is valid for one year only. Candidates who are not satisfied with their performance can re-appear for the JIPMAT exam in the subsequent admission cycle. Candidates who find an error in the provisional answer key can raise objections against the sane. However, NTA will not entertain any objections against the final answer key and the JIPMAT results.

Q: Is there any negative marking in the JIPMAT exam?

Yes, JIPMAT exam consists of a negative marking for incorrectly marked responses. JIPMAT scores are calculated by allocating 4 marks for each correct response and deducting 1 mark for every incorrect responses. However, candidates do get any score deduction for unattempted questions. To evaluate the probable score in JIPMAT candidates only need the answer key and question paper. NTA does not normalize scores as the exam is conducted in one shift. Candidates must only rely on the JIPMAT answer key to evaluate performance.

Candidates will not find a detailed analysis of their performance with the release of JIPMAT results. However, NTA notifies the sectional scores in the JIPMAT scorecard. Candidates can find the overall score, as well as the section wise score in the JIPMAT scorecard. The scores in the JIPMAT exam is based on the marking scheme issued by NTA along with the exam details. Candidates are able to analyse their overall performance using the question paper, answer key and response sheet.

JIPMAT Scorecard 2025

Candidates can download the scorecard while checking the result for further references. NTA will hand over the scores of the candidates to IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. Both the institutes shall prepare a merit list for admission based on JIPMAT scores. Candidates need to get the JIPMAT scorecard validated at the time of admission. Candidates without the scorecard of JIPMAT 2025 might face debarment from the admission process.

After the release of the JIPMAT result, NTA will send the scores of the candidates to IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu for further admission to the IPM programme. Both the institutes will prepare a separate merit list by providing a particular weightage to the following factors.

Q: Are the JIPMAT exam results accepted by other universities apart from IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya?

Yes, apart from IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya, JIPMAT scores are accepted by other institutes too. National Testing Agency conducts Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test JIPMAT for admission to Five Year Integrated Programme in Management offered by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. However, other B-Schools also accept the scores as per their admission criteria and eligibility. Institutes like TAPMI, NALSAR University, among others accept the JIPMAT scores for admission to management courses offered after Class 12. While applying for any B-school candidates must check the admission policy and eligibility criteria to know if they accept JIPMAT score or not.

Q: Can I reappear for JIPMAT if I am not satisfied with the result? Is there any provision for the same?

No. JIPMAT is held once a year. Therefore, candidates cannot reappear for the exam. NTA will not conduct the JIPMAT exam again for any candidate under any circumstances. The JIPMAT score is valid for one year only. Candidates who are not satisfied with their performance can reappear in the next admission cycle. Besides the re-appear requests, NTA does not entertain any requests for re-evaluation or re-totalling of the answer sheet. If the candidates do not wish to skip an additional year, they can go for other BBA entrance exams, such as NPAT, IPMAT LUACMAT Lucknow University UGPET SNUSAT among others.

Q: Can I apply for admission to IIM Jammu based on my JIPMAT exam results?

Yes, candidates can get admission to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu based on the JIPMAT scores. IIM Jammu offers a 5-year Integrated programme in Management (IPM) for admissions based on the JIPMAT exam. Besides IIM Jammu, IIM Bodh Gaya also accepts JIPMAT scores for IPM admission. JIPMAT exam assesses the skills of the candidate in Quantitative Aptitude Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehensions, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. For admission to Iims based on JIPMAT scores, candidates must meet the eligibility conditions as per the IPM admission policy released by the participating institutes.
