Average college with okay placements

Placements: Placements are good to mostly average. The training and placement department tries to deliver good opportunities to the students. Also, the college performs development activities for the students who are good to get selected for the interviews. I have no knowledge about placements for other specializations however for marketing, the college brings average companies for placements.

A learning and growth temple.

Placements: There is plenty of opportunities for marketing students who really want to pursue their career in sales and marketing. Placements for finance have improved a lot in the recent years. Packages may go as high as 5+ lacs per anum. Students are well-groomed for every company in advance.

Satisfied with college faculty, placement, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: I got placed in my 3rd interview with Proptiger in the real estate sector with a decent package. The college faculty members and placement cell helped me in developing the soft skills. Every time, the college gives a good number of placed students every year. But if you have something like a company brand etc in your mind, you may not get it in some cases.

Placements are not as expected.

Placements: Placements are average. As there are very few chances for a big IT brand to come except Tech Mahindra. Average package is 3 LPA. Other brands that are constant are Colgate, Amul, Sunguard (FIS), DSIJ, IIFL and Crisil. Marketing has the highest job opportunity and the next is finance for any other specialisation.

College is situated under VIT college campus. Campus is very good. Faculty is nice too, especially of marketing background are good. College has all necessary facilities. Infrastructure is up to the mark. Hostel is quite away from the college. Hostel infrastructure is not so good. It is preferable not to stay at hostel. College has a cafeteria. Food is very nice, tasty, and relatively cheap. I would suggest to take admission if you want to choose marketing as your specialisation.

The institute is a good example of an ideal college for the students who want to pursue excellence in their stream. The college has a great infrastructure with well-equipped IT laboratories and a voluminous library. The institute provides an equal weight age to the curricular as well as extra-curricular activities. The faculty of the college is very supportive and acquainted. To add a feather to the cap, the college focuses on rigorous training to develop 'Employability' within every student and...

Teaching faculty is very practical. College is ready to give all inputs to the students. Aiming high but at the same time, struggling to attract students with talent and good background. Innovative ideas get implemented by the faculty members. Institute provides a good platform for placements.

The college is average and placement is provided in insurance sector only. The guest lecture is awesome and conducted by experts also. The technical staff are awesome. The location is very odd. The brand is very big, you can earn respect in recruiters mind.

Vishwakarma Institute of Management is one of the good institute in Pune for MBA course. Student get good exposure in marketing n finance specialization. Total capacity was 120, but now it has increased up to 240. Marketing students’ placement is quite higher than any other stream. For finance students, you need to work hard, and you cannot depend on college for placement. Same is for operations and HR. Staff was experienced, College infrastructure is not that good but you definitely will be asp...
