Integrated MTech CSE in Collaboration with Virtusa and Integrated MTech (5 years) in Software Engineering 2024 seat allotment will be announced on Jun 19, 2024.
The University has concluded its placement drive of 2023. As per the official record, the highest package offered during VIT AP University placements 2023 stood at INR 34.4 LPA. Further, a total 700 companies were participated and made more than 1300 offers to the students during placements 2023.

VIT AP University MTech Admission 2023

VIT Amaravati offers MTech programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) under the sub-specialisation of Very large-scale integration (VLSI) at PG level. The programme is offered under School of Electronics Engineering VLSI Design aims at clearing the fundamental concepts related to design of VLSI circuits and systems. The focus areas of the programme include Analog VLSI Design, Digital System Design, Semi-conductor Devices and Modelling. The duration of the programme is two years.

Selection criteria: MTech admission is based on VITMEE rank obtained through merit (up to pre-final year performance) in the graduation or equivalent.
