- The University has concluded its placement drive of 2023. As per official record, the highest package offered during VIT AP University placements 2023 stood at INR 34.4 LPA. Further, a total 700 companies were participated and made more than 1300 offers to the students during placements 2023.
VIT AP University BTech Admission 2022
VIT Amaravati offers full-time BTech in three specialisations, namely Computer Science, Electronicas & Communication and Mechanical. Furthermore, the University offers five sub-specialisations under BTech (CSE) and three under BTech (ECE). The duration of BTech is four years. The knowledge acquired in the BTech programme of VIT AP University enables the students to use modern Engineering/ Software tools to solve real-world problems. BTech also creates a platform for practical and application-oriented learning to open the gates of opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship.
Selection criteria: BTech admission is based on a valid rank in VITEEE (calculated as per system-generated algorithm based on Class 12 marks). Students with a valid JEE Main rank or SAT score will be given weightage this year.
