Satisfying experience at VIT.

Placements: Around 70% of students get placements, with the highest package ever offered to a fresher being 1.2 crores, the lowest at 2 LPA, and an average of 10 LPA. VIT - Dreams come true!

Placements: There is a 100% placement rate in VIT. Top recruiting companies like Motorq, Microsoft, Adobe, and TCS recruit students. My course, CSE, is a technology course, and VIT helps a lot in developing skills in this course. Many third-year students got internships.

Placement cell is very good but the curriculum is hard for study.

Placements: Placement is very good. At least you will get something in return. So please keep a good CGPA. Everything is fine in that. So many companies are coming here. In our batch, the crowd is there, but the main thing is that they have that much capacity for placement.

Truly Underrated and Misunderstood College

Placements: Many people were hired into the software domain as well, and the placement percentage in the core field of mechanical was really high, nearly 90 percent. The placement packages were mediocre though, ranging from 5-10 LPA. Most people here opt for higher studies in Germany as the scope for mechanical engineering is less in India, but there is no unemployment in this industry either.

This college is worth the money and will give you a good ROI if you are ready to put in hard work.

Placements: About 90 percent of students get offers from various companies each year, but only 78 percent get placed, and the rest go for a postgraduate degree. The packages range from 26 lpa to 3 lpa, maintaining an average of 8 lpa. The top recruiting companies include Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, HP, Daimler, Accenture, TCS, Cummins, Airbus, Being, Siemens, Nissan, and VE Motors, and these are just a few to mention. The top 65 percent of students get internships, and sometimes the students get PPO. Intern...

Different academic blocks where CSE classes take place and for hostel blocks as well.

Placements: VIT Vellore is a very reputed and academic-oriented college. Professors over here are very strict for attendance as well; a minimum of 75% is to be maintained to give examinations. There are examinations held every 2 months that carry quite a high weight for the final CGPA. Quizzes happen quite often; those directly add up to our final assessment marks and carry very high weightage. Some teachers are really fabulous, and some are quite eccentric.

Placements: 1) Around 70-80% of the students who were eligible for the placements got placed. 2) The highest CTC was around 1 crore. Vit Vellore overview from my perspective .

Placements: The placement rate for the bioinformatics branch is not as high as in the bioinformatics field, as many students end up just going for jobs like software development, full-stack development, etc. Also, currently not many jobs are available in India for the bioinformatics field but it is a growing branch.

Placements: Around 95 to 100% of students are placed every year. This year, the placements are still going on. For ECE, Siemens, Schneider, NVIDIA, and Texas Instruments have recruited. Graduate Engineer Trainee, Software Developed. Data analyst and data scientist are some of the many roles offered. The average package is 9 LPA and the highest package offered was 80 LPA. VIT-Vellore, huge crowd, but good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: In 2023, 98% of students were placed, with placements ranging from 4 LPA to 1 CPA. The average package ranges from 6 LPA to 15 LPA, depending upon the course. A placement tracker is available on the website for more accurate statistics. 820 companies have visited the campus as of today, with top companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Morgan Stanley, Intel, etc. Almost all the students get paid and unpaid internships. Entry-level jobs to junior management offers are given to students.

Placements: The college has nearly 100% placements, with most students receiving average packages of around 7-8 LPA. All students either get placed or pursue higher studies. Top companies like Google, Amazon, and Accenture recruit from here, with the highest package reaching 1.2 CR.

Truth/Reality of MCA VIT Vellore.

Placements: For my course MCA students become eligible for job and internship 2nd year onwards. Total 40 companies come but only 13-14 companies genuinely turned up for online assessment and interview; the rest of them either preferred M.Tech students or did not turn up. The highest package offered by PhonePe was 34 lacs/year and the lowest was 4 lacs/year from Prayuha Private Limited. Internship stipend range started from 15,000 Rs/month.

Placements: The college has a 100% placement record. The highest package was 85 lpa, the lowest was 3 lpa, and the average was 7 lpa. The top recruiting company was Microsoft. The college provides a better internship opportunity to gain great exposure. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Google and Microsoft are the major internship providers.

Average placements and great infrastructure.

Placements: Even in hard times, college has provided decent opportunities. A lot of people are present but you just need to stand out. There are numerous offers above 10 lacs, but TCS will only accept 25% of the batch. There are a lot of mass recruiters. The college will try to place you, but you need to be smart.

I am Satisfied with my university's facilities and placements, faculty, events and everything .

Placements: Placements are good. Every student gets minimum of 25-30 approximate chances to grab the opportunities. The highest package is 45 LPA and the lowest is 5 LPA. Faculty encourage the students a lot to grab more knowledge and to complete our projects. Hostel is super luxurious and campus life is good, very big library with all facilities is available. Books, magazines, security and canteen in every block is available . Hospital and sports grounds are also available. Every facility is available.

Placements: What I would say about the placement is that it is pretty average in our department, as only 85% of the students get placements. The median package offered by the college is 8 LPA. There are also companies that offer us internships. Recruiting companies include TCS, HCL, Accenture, EY, etc.

If you have money, I guess it is a good college; the 30 lakh fee is way too high.

Placements: If you get good grades, you will be able to sit in most of the companies, like if you get above 9 CGPA, then you can sit in every company, and if you get less than that 9 CGPA, then you will not be able to sit in the super dream company (10 lakh and above). Not everyone sits in the placement; those who have a good CGPA are allowed, and the highest is 75 lpa, and the lowest can vary in case the company picks you up in bulk, which will give you around 3–4 lpa.
