X-GMT 2025 was conducted on January 25. X-GMT analysis was released soon after the completion of the exam. As per the X-GMT 2025 analysis, the exam had a total fo 90 questions with a sectional limit for each section. XGMT 2025 had questions from four sections, namely Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation (DI), Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (VALR), and Emotional Quotient and General Awareness (EQGA). XGMT 2025 exam pattern was inline with the previous year with no surprise elements. Candidates will be awarded with +3 marks for each correct answer. For each incorrect response by the candidate, a deduction of -1 mark is applicable.

Q:   What are the type of questions in XGMT exam?

A: 

XGMT exam comprises multiple choice questions, also known as the objective type questions. Candidates appearing for the XGMT exam will find questions from four sections, including

  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Data Interpretation
  • Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning
  • Emotional Quotient and General Awareness

All four sections have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Q:   What is the duration of X-GMT exam?

A: 

XGMT exam will have around 100 to 125 MCQ type questions to be answered within 120 minutes. Candidates must note that they will have an average of about 1.2 minutes to answer each question. However, It's important to note that the exact number of questions may vary across different shifts of the exam. The time allotted remains 120 minutes, that is two hours, to answer all the questions that appear in the admission test.

XGMT exam has four sections, including Quantitative Aptitude that accesses the math skills and logic through:

Candidates appearing for the XGMT exam will find four answer options for each question. Out of these answer options one option will be correct. Candidates marking the correct answer option will fetch (+)3 marks. On the contrary, if a candidate marks an incorrect response, he/she will have to face a penalty of 1 mark each incorrect response.
