X-GMT exam pattern 2025 has been released at the official examination website (xim.edu.in/x-gmt). XIM University prescribes the exam pattern of X-GMT every year. The X-GMT exam structure is the pattern considered to design the X-GMT 2025 question papers. X-GMT exam pattern comprises multiple elements including the mode of exam, number of sections, number of questions, exam duration, type of questions among other details.

As per the X-GMT exam pattern, the X-GMT question paper 2025 comprises questions from four sections, namely, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Emotional Quotient & General Awareness. A: 

The X-GMT exam also known as Xavier General Management Aptitude Test is a computer-based test (CBT) to assess the aptitude of candidates in various fields such as decision-making, logical reasoning, and problem-solving. The exam is conducted in various centres across six cities in India.

Q:   What are the type of questions in XGMT exam?

A: 

XGMT exam comprises multiple choice questions, also known as the objective type questions. Candidates appearing for the XGMT exam will find questions from four sections, including

  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Data Interpretation
  • Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning
  • Emotional Quotient and General Awareness

All four sections have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Q:   How many answer options are there in each question of XGMT exam?

A: 

Candidates appearing for the XGMT exam will find four answer options for each question. Out of these answer options one option will be correct. Candidates marking the correct answer option will fetch (+)3 marks. On the contrary, if a candidate marks an incorrect response, he/she will have to face a penalty of 1 mark each incorrect response.
