CS Executive Exam Centres 2025: State-wise Test Centres List

Candidates will be able to check the ICSI CS allotted exam centre upon release of ICSI CS Executive admit card or CS Professional admit card. Only candidates who will fill the ICSI CS 2025 application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the CS admit card when released. The name of ICSI CS exam centre will be mentioned on the admit card for the exam to be held in offline mode. The ICSI CS June 2025 admit card is expected to release on May 22, 2025 in online mode. Candidates must note that the ICSI CS exam centre once allotted, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to carefully enter the exam centre preference while filling the application form.

CS Executive exam centre is allocated on the basis of the preferences entered by the candidate while filling the CS Executive enrollment form. ICSI allotes exam centre as per the preference entered and is subject to availability and logistical consideration. While filling the CS Executive enrollement form, candidates can select upto two cities of their choice. Choice of CS Executive exam centre cities will be limited to the State of permanent address or State of present address only. 

While filling the CS Executive enrollment form, candidates will be able to choose the preffered CS executive exam city. The CS Executive enrollment June 2025 will commence on February 26, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the CS Executive examination must enroll for the exam and enter the exam details as prescribed. 

ICSI CS June 2025 enrollment process will commence on February 25, 2025. Candidates while filling the enrollment form are advised to enter the details carefully. Enrollment form once submitted cannot be edited. However, authorities open the windows for enrollment services wherein candidates can edit the few details. Candidates will be given a chance to edit any details if required before the deadline. No seperate request for change in enrollemnt form will be entertain. ICSI conducts CS Executive exam in more than 180 cities across India. ICSI conducts the CS Executive examination in offline mode. On release of the CS Executive admit card, candidates can check the alloted exam centre and report at the alloted exam centre on the day of examination. Candidates reporting at other exam centre than the alloted centre will be disqualified.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will release the ICSI CS Executive exam admit card for June 2025 session tentatively on May 22, 2025. ICSI releases the ICSI CS admit card for CS Executive and CS Professional 10 days prior to the date of examination. Candidates who registered for the CS Executive examination will be able to download the CS Executive admit card for June 2025 when released. The hall ticket will be released on the official website of ICSI- icsie.du. Candidates will be required to enter the ICSI CS login credentials to access the admit card. the ICSI CS June 2025 admit card can be downloaded till the date of examination. 

On the day of the CS Executive examination, candidates must ensure to carry the following documents, failing which candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall:

• Admit card 
• Any identity proof card issued by the Government authorities:
  • Passport 
  • Driving License 
  • PAN Card 
  • UID Card 
  • Aadhar Card 
  • Voter I-Card 

Candidates must possess the ID card as downloaded from individual online accounts at support.icsi.edu and should be attested by the authorized official of the institute. Candidates must affix their photograph in case the photograph or signature is not available on the CS Executive, Professional admit card. However, candidates must get it attested by the Gazetted member/Officer of ICSI/Principal of a Recognized School/Manager of Nationalised Bank.

ICSI CS Executive 2025 enrollment process will commence on February 26, 2025. Candidates while filling the enrollment form are advised to enter the details carefully. Enrollment form once submitted cannot be edited. However, authorities open the windows for enrollment services wherein candidates can edit the few details. Candidates must submit the following documents along with the ICSI CS application form to avail the scribe facility:

• Disability Certificate issue by the Medical Board/doctor of not below the rank of Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Central or State Govt. Hospital/ Medical College, certifying the nature (permanent or temporary) and percentage of disability and its duration affecting his/her ability and/or the
  normal physical functions, and
• Letter of permission issue, if any, by Sr. Secondary Board/University in 10th, 10+2, or Degree Examination in which Candidate had appeared; or
• Permission granted by other reputed professional institutes/educationalexamining bodies, such as — UPSC, SSC, State Public Service Commission, etc., allowing such assistance for appearing of a Scribe and/or Extra-time in the earlier Examinations, and
• Full size photography showing the disability. 

No, Candidates are advised to get a printout of the ICSI CS admit card as no electronics are allowed in the entrance exam. Along with the ICSI CS 2025 admit card, test-takers also need to carry a valid photo identity card to validate their identity and candidature. In case they are unable to produce the original hard copy of these mandatory documents, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall and appear for the exam. In case candidates forget to carry the admit card, they can either get the printout from a nearby shop or request the officials to utilize the centre's printer facility. However, since there is no assurance of such facilities within the given time and space, it is advised that candidates arrange the necessary documents well in advance to avoid any last-minute hassles. 

ICSI conducts CS Executive, CS Professional exam for a duration of three hours for each subjects. ICSI CS June 2025 will be held from 9 AM to 12.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes for reading the question paper. ICSI conducts December session examination from 2 PM to 5.15 PM.

Only candidates who have registered for ICSI CS Executive or CS Professional programme for December 2023 session will be able to fill the enrollment form.
