The last date to apply for CS Executive 2025 is January 31, 2025. ICSI CS Executive December 2024 registrations are ongoing for single module. CS Executive examination is held twice in a year- June and December. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the below-prescribed eligibility criteria to appear for the CS Executive examination:

• Candidate must have passed the CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET with the required score. 
• Candidate must have cleared the Foundation Examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
• Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

To become a Company Secretary candidates will have to pass the three levels prescribed below:

1. CSEET: CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry-level examination and is applicable for the candidates who have cleared the class 12th. The CSEET question paper is divided across four sections. Yes, you can re-appear for the ICSI CS Executive exam if not cleared. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India provides candidates with the opportunity of re-appearing for the exam untill they pass. There is no limit to appear for the CS Executive examination. However, candidates must ensure to enroll for the session they desire to appear for. The upcoming December 2024 session enrollment process commenced on August 26 and end on October 10, 2024. ICSI CS Dec 2024 results will be announced on February 25, 2025. CS Executive examination for Dec 2024 session will be held from December 21 to December 29, 2024 in centre-based mode. The ICSI CS result for Executive Programme will be declared at 2 PM. To download the CS Executive scorecard candidates must refer the steps mentioned below:

Candidates are willing to get their ICSI CS score to verify, they can apply for the verification of marks facility. The windows to apply for ICSI CS verification of marks are activated after the declaration of ICSI result. Candidates can apply for verification of marks by paying INR 250 for per subject.  To apply online for verification of marks, the candidates have to fill an online application form.

To apply in offline mode, candidates will have to download the ICSI CS verification of marks application form from the official website and send the same duly filled along with a Demand Draft of the requisite fee through speed/registered post at the following address:

The qualifying criteria for ICSI CS Executive programme refers to the minimum marks required by the candidates both section-wise and overall to qualify the examination. The ICSI CS Executive qulaifying criteria is as follows:

CS Executive examination is held twice in a year- June and December. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the below-prescribed eligibility criteria to appear for the CS Executive examination:

• Candidate must have passed the CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET with the required score. 
• Candidate must have cleared the Foundation Examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
• Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Arts, Science, and Commerce Graduates/ Post Graduates (excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for admission to the CS Executive programme.
• Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age. 

Candidates who have qualified the CSEET exam can fill the ICSI CS Executive programme application form by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 3- Enter CSEET Unique Number and CSEET Roll Number

The registration for CS Executive June 2025 for both modules will end on November 30, 2024. 

If you start from scratch, passing the CS Executive in two months is very challenging. The CS executive syllabus consists of two modules that are each broken down into a total of eight papers. To pass the CS Executive exam, you must pass each paper. You must score at least a 40% on each paper and a 50% on each module in order to pass. If you are preparing for ICSI CS exam from scratch, it would be difficult to complete the syllabus in two months. Negative marking is an additional factor that makes accuracy more difficult to achieve without extensive practice. Thus, it takes at least six to seven months to finish the syllabus and prepare for the CS Executive exam.

Yes, candidates can get their ICSI CS answers copy soon after the declaration of results. To apply for a certified copy of the answers sheet/inspection or verification of marks, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below;

Step 3- Login details will be sent on registered email ID

CS Executive examination for Dec 2024 session will be held in offline mode. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of exam day. Candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre when the admit card is released. The ICSI CS Executive exam will be held across India. Candidates will be able to choose the preferred CS Executive exam city while filling the application form. Candidates must carefull read the exam day instructions mentioned on the admit card.
