Prof. Aditya Malik is the Vice Chancellor of KR Mangalam University, Gurgaon. He was conferred with the title of 'Inspired Teacher' – the highest civilian recognition for University-level teachers in India, by the former President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, in the year 2016.

Q: What is the difference between the teaching methodology in your institute and others?
We encourage hands-on practical and interactive Pedagogy, through which our students develop creativity and critical thinking. This also helps them be innovative. This is very much different from theoretical and black-board oriented teaching done in other institutions.
Q. How are you preparing your students to be Industry ready?
We offer lectures and meetings with industry experts. The high-level placements, Internships, and Project-based learning help our students be ready for the industry.
Q: What quality do your students have which other college students lack?
Our students are curious and passionate. They are highly conscious of the safety and security of each other.
Q: Do you think the curriculum of the courses taught in your institute fits in the requirement of the industry?
Yes, definitely! The innovative course content and project-based learning make the students fit for the industry.
