Civil Airworthiness Regulations |
Airworthiness standards are all about technical specifications and minimal safety requirements designed to ensure that civil aircraft are safe to fly. Civil aircraft airworthiness standards, unlike other standards, are part of national regulations and must be strictly enforced. |
Airframe Maintenance and Repair |
Airframe major repairs involve the strengthening, reinforcing, splicing, and manufacturing of primary structural components or their replacement, where replacement is by fabrication such as riveting or welding, and include the following parts and types of repairs. |
Aircraft Composite Materials |
Composite materials are an essential subject in the aviation industry because they include structural strength similar to metallic alloys while being lower in weight. This helps to improve an aircraft's fuel efficiency and performance. |
Experimental Stress Analysis |
Experimental Stress Analysis (ESA) includes the method of analysing the mechanical stress condition of materials using strain gauge measurements in experiments. The subject revolves around the various types of stress, their causes and states, and how to detect stress from measured strains. |
Rocket and orbital Mechanics |
We know that orbit refers to a satellite's journey as it revolves around the earth. Mathematical notations can be used to depict this path. The study of the motion of satellites in orbit is known as orbital mechanics. With an understanding of orbital motion, we can easily comprehend space operations. |
Aircraft General Engineering and Maintenance Practices |
Overhaul, inspection, replacement, fault rectification, and the incorporation of modifications, as well as compliance with airworthiness requirements and repair, are all actions required to study an aircraft. |

Basic Aerodynamics Aviation Legislation |
Basic Aerodynamics Aviation Legislation |
In aerodynamics, there are three primary forces to consider: thrust, which propels an aeroplane forward, drag, which holds it back, and lift, which keeps it aloft. Three hypotheses are commonly used to explain lift: Bernoulli's principle, the Coanda effect, and Newton's third law of motion. The Aviation guidelines are intended to promote safe flying by reducing unnecessary risks for pilots, flight attendants, passengers, and the general public. |

Turbine Aeroplane Aerodynamics, Structures and Systems |
Turbine Aeroplane Aerodynamics, Structures and Systems |
Aerodynamics is the study of forces and how they cause objects to move through the air. In wind-turbine aerodynamics, the coefficient of power is the most essential variable. |
6 |
Helicopter Aerodynamics, Structures and Systems |
Helicopter Aerodynamics, Structures and Systems |
The aerodynamic forces produced when air travels over the airfoil allow helicopters to fly. When travelling through the air at a sufficient angle, an airfoil is any surface that produces more lift than drag. The most common association with airfoils is the production of lift. |
