GITAM (Deemed to be University) will conduct the GAT 2025 selection process after conducting the exams. GAT 2025 exam will be conducted in multiple sessions. Only candidates who will qualify entrance exam will be able to appear for the GAT 2025 counselling and personal interview rounds. GAT 2025 selection process round consists of entrance exam, personal interview, and counselling.
Q: Â When will GITAM hold the GAT counselling process?
The schedule for GITAM GAT counselling will be available once the results are announced. The counselling is conducted by GITAM University and takes place online across 7 campuses in the state. The call letter for counselling is released online and shortlisted candidates must attend the counselling rounds with the necessary documents for verification. Q: Â Does GITAM conducts GD/PI for GAT shortlisted candidates?
Yes, GITAM conducted Group Discussion/ Personal Interview rounds for candidates who are shortlsited on the basis of GAT. GAT 2025 results will be declared after each phase examination is concluded. Candidates will be able to download their GAT result in the form of scorecard when released. Soon after the release of the GAT 2025 results, authorities will commence the GAT selection rounds- group discussion and personal interview for qualified candidates. Candidates meeting the GITAM GAT qualifying criteria will be able to appear for the counselling rounds as per the given schedule.

GAT 2025 Selection Criteria
- Candidates are shortlisted for the personal interview round based on their score in admission test score. Participants with low admission test score and poor application are rejected.
- Candidates having valid score in any of the examination score- MAT, GMAT, CAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT or NMAT for MBA admissions will be exempted from taking GAT
- The shortlisted candidates are then screened in a Personal Interview and other qualitative parameters.
Q: Â Do I have to submit a separate GAT application form, if I wish to apply for more than programme?
No, candidates will not be required to fill separate GAT application form to apply for different courses. With a single GAT application form candidates can apply for UG or PG courses they wish to apply for. Candidats can apply for Architecture, Engineering, Humanities, Law, Management, Nursing, Paramedical, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Sciences courses offered at GITAM Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru campuses.
GAT 2025 registration will commence online soon. GITAM will announce the important dates for GAT 2025. Candidates willing to take admisison to GITAM to its UG or PG programme must fill the application form on or before the last date.

GAT results 2025 will be announced soon after the exam for each phase is conducted. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to download their scorecard online when released. The GAT scorecard 2025 is released at gitam.edu. GAT exam 2025 will be held in mutiple phases. On release of the GAT 2025 results, candidates will be able to check the following details on the scorecard:
- Name of the candidate
- Candidate’s roll number
- GAT 2025 total score
- Result announcement date
Qualified candidates will be able to appear for the GAT counselling process when conducted. Candidates will not be issued the physical copy of the GAT 2025 results. Candidates must esnure to download the scorecard online.
