Adhiyamaan was a good college for civil engineering years before now its not.

Placements: The placements are just for namesake. Most of the companies just select them for showing numbers, but the reality is 0 placements. During placement, we have high hopes that we would get placed, the reality was for civil engineering we had zero companies interviewing us. Thus we went for software and BPO placements provided by other departments. Even after placing we didn't get call letter it been over a year since we got placed and the placement cell is inefficient they don't care about our issu...

Join the college only if you didn't find any other better colleges in counselling.

Placements: The placements are not there at all. Simply, they will ask to attend the placement classes for which we are forced to pay money, but chances of getting placed are probably 2/100. We need to improve a lot with the quality, and skilled professionals are not up to the standard, and they will place banners outside the college just for namesake as many students got placed.

Good college with better infrastructure and good staffs and also with good placement.

Placements: As I am studying B.Arch the placement is based on my talents and creativity. For Other departments, there are placement cells and I think that there are some international companies placements are also available (not sure about it) anyway it is better and advisable college to join. More over its thambi durai's college, who is minister in Tamil Nadu.

The school of architecture is Adhiyamaan College of Engineering.

Placements: Almost all the students of the department get placed in the topmost architecture firms across the world. The internships for the students of this college is readily available considering the quality of the works produced by the students of this college. It is also a top runner in pro-academic activities.

Good infrastructure and lab facilities with bad usage.

Placements: There is lack of placements in the core companies. Only 20% of the students were placed in the non-core companies like finance, etc. Last three years, there are no placements in the core companies, students use to take the off-campus interviews. HOD tells much big construction company is going to come, but I haven't seen till now.

A review of Adhiyamaan College of Engineering.

Placements: The placements here might be better. Nowadays, lots of companies visit our campus and number of students have been placed in several companies. Also, the packages here are well more than a fresher. Even though many companies have been selecting talented persons based on their skills, their marks and percentage do not count.

A good college with insufficient placement and inefficient faculty members.

Placements: There are no placements, not even IT companies are coming to the college. The only benefit is it is near the industrial area. You can get some job in an hour if you keep trying. They need a good placement officer who can get move around an hour and bring them for placement. A good placement officer is itself missing.

Adhiyamaan college of engineering.

Placements: Only 1 or 2 company will be coming for the placements, but they don't prefer jobs to the students. For only formalities, they come and select them. Other than this, only marketing-oriented companies will be coming, but they select according to their convenience, like if they want some language, then they select initially them those who know that language but not by the student's knowledge and skills.

Satisfied with the infrastructure but not with the system of education.

Placements: There were only 9 members placed out of 117 persons in our department during this period. No proper placements were arranged. The management didn't care for that. Few placement drives don't require B.E as education qualification.

The college has a good placement skills and I am satisfied with the faculty members.

Placements: I have got placed in Tech Mahindra and more placements are yet to come. About 85% of students have been placed after their graduation. One of the students got selected for about 12 LPA. The college has given the good placement and internship programme.

Feeling good about faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: Many IT companies are invited here and hire the students according to their technical, communication and reasoning skills. BPO, marketing, insurance companies also hire the students based on their attitude and speaking ability. The college gives training for the students to improve their skills according to the requirement of the companies.

This is my experience In my college.

Placements: We can get good placement opportunities as they provide us separate placement oriented classes and good companies for the placements. If we show good skills, we can get into a good company. Many IT-based companies have visited during my final year, and some core companies have visited too.

The college has a better infrastructure and library.

Placements: They will arrange placements only for the BPO companies, as very less IT companies will visit the campus for placements. They will also not arrange the core industries for placements. Only aptitude and GD training will be given for placements which will only be useful for the BPO placements. There will be no core subject related placements training.

The campus has a good infrastructure, and it is amazing.

Placements: In our college, the placement has well done for my senior batch. They have selected more numbers in the placement, and that's main reason is my college conducting placement class for all the student and all the department. In that placement training, they give training for all the test like aptitude, group discussion, etc., for all of them which is used for many students to improve the skills. They give 70% of the student placed in placement. In my college, the companies visited are like Tech Ma...

Adhiyamaan College of Engineering.

Placements: In my department, the placements are however happening, but only a few companies are coming to our campus. We need to work hard to be placed in the placements. The management collects amount for the placement classes, but there is no proper coaching. For the current batch, there is only 10 percentage students are placed. The package offered by the companies varies from 9 lakhs to 3 lakhs per annum. 15 percentage of the students got the internship.

Mostly satisfied with the circuit department for good placements.

Placements: The placement is good for circuit department students. Computer and software companies give a lot of opportunities to the circuit department. For the non-circuit department, the placement is low, and some finance company and BPO companies give open opportunity to all. The civil department faces a lot of problem in placement.

Really good climate and full freedom. Just go for it.

Placements: There are no big placements, yet there are placements which are only applicable to non-arrears students or students without a history of arrears. Last year there was a placement for which the students were not convenient. In chemical engineering, there is no prior syllabus to get more knowledge.

A well-managed college with good teachers and a good infrastructure

Placements: Placements are done in an excellent way in our college and more than 80 percent of the students are got placed in various companies last year. The maximum salary is 5 lakhs per annum and the minimum is 2.5 lakhs per annum. Companies like TVS, Ashok Leyland, Caterpillar, WEG, etc. are visiting our campus regularly. A fully fledged placement cell is available to arrange placements for qualified students. Our college increases placement activities by personality development, group discussion, aptit...

The college is good but it needs to develop more.

Placements: Many companies visit the college, especially, Tech Mahindra, Spig, and also many students are placed each year with good salary package. Nearly 60% of the students were placed each year, and many students get a good salary. But, need more time and money to study at the time of purchase without any consistent at any major period of the level, and also, a lot of people are good at the time of joining the course. I recommend not to join the college for the placement.

Adhiyamaan and its prospects.

Placements: The placements are above par as far as mechanical is concerned. Core companies are mere. A few IT companies and BPOs are there. Overall, the students getting placed are very low in numbers (roughly about 30%). Sheer determination and basics will get you a job though.
