Review of Aditi Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi.
Placements: Around 83% of students got placed from our college. The highest package offered in our course is 3 LPA, and the lowest package was 15,000 for a Bachelor of arts. The top recruiting companies for our courses are NGOs, Social Work, Government NGOs, etc. Almost 76% of students got internships from our courses in private and government sectors.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. Wi-Fi is available for students. Classrooms are well-ventilated and air-conditioned. The library has many books. The quality of hostel is average, and the food available in the mess is average. There is also a canteen. They provide very hygienic food. Medical facilities are available. Sports and games are available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful to all the students. They make teaching more interesting with their friendly behaviour. They all are qualified from government-approved colleges and other institutions. The curriculum is very dynamic, and it can change according to the situation of the work. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy to crack with some efforts. The pass percentage is 37%.

It has excellent faculty members, but the infrastructure is not too good.
Placements: The salary package offered ranges from 0.1 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiters are MAMC, Tata NDPL, Amazon, and Happen. About 100% of students got internships in different types of NGOs like Prayas, Butterfly, Women Cell, Pahel, Neelkanth foundation, and many more. Top roles offered are supervisor and counsellor.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure for our department are average. Classrooms are average. There is no Wi-Fi. The library is better. No hostel facility is provided by the college, but there are PGs nearby the college in good condition. Our campus is not huge, that is why the hostel facility is not there.
Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent. All teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course is very interesting and, most importantly, it is a practical-based course. Semester exams are quite tough, but field work matters most. You have to give your best in fieldwork to gain practical knowledge.
Other: I want to help people who are in need. I found it different from other courses. Campus surroundings and the campus crowd should be improved.

Good faculty and curriculum.
Placements: There are no placements offered by the college for this course, but you can participate in job fairs conducted by different associations in the college, where you can secure jobs and internships. Top recruiters for my course include various NGOs like RCI, SARD, Butterfly, etc., among many others.
Infrastructure: The library has the most recent and updated books relevant to the courses, as well as journals. Wi-Fi is easily available on campus. Clean drinking water is accessible at various locations on campus. A canteen is also available, but food quality is inconsistent.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and most of the faculty are qualified with their doctorates. The course curriculum is as good as it can be, and the practices are effective, such as individual conferences, group conferences, and fieldwork practice, etc. Semester exams are mostly easy and not difficult.

B.A. (Hons.) in Social Work - Batch of 2019

I am dissatisfied because of the placements and basic facilities provided in 2019.
Placements: In 2019, in our batch, there were 45-50 students. This college doesn't provide any placements and doesn't have a tie-up with any company. You have to search for jobs on your own. But the thing is that after completing a bachelor in this course, you won't get a good job. So, you have to pursue masters, which is another difficult task. It is a good university, and the number of universities which provides this course is very low.
Infrastructure: There are poor facilities of a canteen and buildings. Proper classrooms, library, drinking water, connectivity space, Wi-Fi and hostel services are not provided by our college. This college is in a government school building, so you won't get a feeling of college like other colleges of DU. The nearby area is also not much great, and you can't wear a western dress.
Faculty: As this is one of the DU colleges, teachers are well qualified. But only a few teachers are really excellent who help you in all phases of your life even after you pass out. The course syllabus and exams are very easy, so any student can pass them very easily. They do not need to make any extra effort for that.
Other: I chose this course because someone told me to pursue so. I stupidly followed their advice. I suggest that you can opt for any other course in any other college but do not choose this college. The campus area and crowd are like a village. You will find most of the Haryanvi students there and their culture. There are no scholarships.

Apart from location and infrastructure, everything is good here.
Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placed. Students also got placed in different organisations for internship or fieldwork to learn practical knowledge. Top recruiting companies like Tata visit our college for students. All students give their interview on the campus, and students also get job opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our college doesn't provide hostel facility, and the infrastructure is also not good. The canteen is small, but the food served is good. There is a medical room, but it is not well-equipped. There are two grounds for sports. There is a good library. Sports facilities are good, and there is also NCC through which we can opt for CDS exams.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They do their job honestly, and they care about what we are gaining from the class. We get opportunities to learn new things. Teachers are cooperative with us. They guide and help us with our problems.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is a helping profession. It helps us to understand the needs and wants of people. The crowd of our college are from the village, and mostly they are Gujjars. Events and fests organised here are not good. The management is not as good as other colleges. Every year our college organises various other activities which give good exposure to us. Our department also organises two main functions that are NGO meet and Diwali mela which gives good exposure to all students every year.
