I am satisfied with our college.
Placements: Placements are not good in our course. They are still good for other courses like B.Com Hons, Maths Hons, Eco Hons, etc. Many opt for higher studies after graduation in English Hons or they land a job in teaching. Only a few get offers for positions like editor, content writer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Classrooms are also fine. The college also has 3 to 5 smart classrooms. A Wi-Fi facility is available. The hostel is well furnished. The food available in the mess and canteen is hygienic. The cafeteria is spacious, and snacks are available at reasonable prices. There are sports equipments available on the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite good. Teachers are knowledgeable and cooperative with the students. They also provide notes and study materials as and when required. The curriculum is also quite relevant. Semester exams are not that difficult if a student is well versed in the topic. The passing percentage is around 55%.
Other: I aspire to become a teacher, and that's why I have taken this up. There are scholarships available for students who are not economically stable. Some toppers also get scholarships from the college itself. Events are conducted weekly. Students get opportunities to participate in various competitions. The annual fest, diwali mela, and NCC program are some of the prominent events of our college. There are a lot of clubs as well.

It is an excellent college with a worthy infrastructure.
Placements: About 30%-35% of students got placed with an average salary package of 5 LPA. Top roles offered in this course are teaching, blogging, editor, content writing, novelist, journalism, social media marketing, etc. Top companies in this field are Byju's, NIIT, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were very spacious and had a clean atmosphere here. Classrooms also had all the basic resources like a whiteboard, benches, etc. The canteen provides good and hygienic food. The canteen is very spacious also. There is a medical room, and our college provides a good quality of internet through Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers here are well knowledgeable and helpful. They guide students related to the career line, and they encourage and motivate the students. Semester exams are not very difficult, and it's easy to pass exams with a good percentage. The pass percentage of students is about 95%.

A JDMCian who tried her best to help you out.
Placements: The average package is around 1 LPA, but there are very few companies that come to recruit English Honours students. BCom students, however, may have better placement opportunities within the college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, air-conditioned labs, well-maintained classrooms, and a well-furnished library. I stayed in the hostel, and they offer excellent facilities to their students. The hostel, known as Krishna Hostel, is well-furnished and clean. The hostel committee also provides sports facilities to the students.
Faculty: The teachers are generally good and friendly. Some may be strict, especially in the English department, so be careful. The curriculum of the college is well-structured. The semester exams are not difficult as the teachers prepare their students well.
Other: I chose this course because I love reading novels, and if you are a literature lover, English Honours is a great choice. The faculty is supportive and helpful. One suggestion for improvement is that teachers should try to involve every student in discussions. The annual fest of JDMC is called Symphony, and it is held every year around January.

Our college provides great faculty, good infrastructure and friendly campus.
Placements: There is a placement cell, but it is for other courses. Students got placed in reputed organisations. I am not very up to date about the present criterion for the placements. So, I won't be able to provide much information over it.
Infrastructure: Our college provides proper classrooms with projectors whenever needed. Labs and library are available for students. Wi-Fi facility is available in the library area for accessing books and PDF. Till our time, the hostel was built. Food served in the canteen is hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very enthusiastic, and they focus on teaching the students. They are available for your queries, and they provide maximum help for you to grow academically. Our college conducts department fests and workshops that are insightful for literature students. So you can keep the college on your priority list for the admission.
Other: The campus crowd and campus life are good. It is a girls college, and it is safe for students. Our college organises fests, department fests and extracurricular activities like theatre, dance, music and sports societies. The connectivity is convenient as the college is only 5 minutes away from Karol Bagh metro station.

Good college experience! Nice infrastructure.
Placements: The placement cell of the College floats opportunities for internships or jobs wherein student can proactively participate. Students need to visit the website of Janki Devi Memorial College to get full placement information. Students generally opt for a masters in English hons or switch field as the job of a teacher is available later. After bachelors, students can look up for work in content writing, journalism, and marketing.
Infrastructure: Library has good resources. There is hostel facility as well for students coming from far off places. Canteen food is average and there's a small mother dairy outlet behind the canteen. Near that area, a medical room is present and there is space in the campus for sports related activities.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and teach well. Attendance is a bit strict so, students will have to make sure they maintain what is required. However, teachers work on elaborating students' perspectives and encourage researching habit. English hons is about reading and articulating. Teachers work hard and students need to do the same to maximize the benefit. Teachers try to make the class interactive too.

I'm sorry to tell you that 59.6% is way too low for admission in any course in Delhi University. Look for some other institutions, mostly private institutions.
