Under Graduate Aptitude Test UGAT is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA BCA BHM B.Com etc. UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles the institutes / colleges / universities accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating institutes / colleges / universities.

Yes, it is mandatory for all candidates to attend the document verification round as part of the UGAT counselling process. During the document verification process, candidates must present their original documents for verification and provide their biometric details. The purpose of document verification is to ensure that the candidate is eligible for admission to the selected course and to avoid fraudulent activities. Candidates who do not attend the document verification round will be marked ineligible from the admission process through UGAT scores. Such candidates will not be considered for the seat allotment round also. Therefore, it is important for candidates to attend the document verification process physically as per the schedule announced by the authorities. 

Candidates who cleared UGAT, can apply for UGAT Counselling by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of AIMA UGAT
Step 2: Click on 'New Registration'
Step 3: Fill in the required details such as name, UGAT rank, score, etc.
Step 4: Cross check the several details that are filled including personal and academic details in the registration form.
Step 5: Upload photograph and signature in the specified format and size.
Step 6: Pay the counselling fee via the available payment modes. After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID. Candidates then need to appear for the further selection procedure which includes GD, WAT and PI.

The overall difficulty level of the UGAT exam is easy to moderate. A good score in UGAT can be subjective, but based on the difficulty level of the exam the following can be considered a good score in UGAT:

Candidates require the following documents for UGAT Counselling process:
- UGAT rank card
- UGAT admit card
- Aadhaar Card
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities (if applicable)
- Two recent passport-size photograph.
