Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College review.

Placements: Out of a batch strength of 165 students, only 10-12 students got placed, and that too in some IT sector companies. The highest package offered was by Byju's at INR 10 LPA. The college did not help students with internships and all students had to find internships on their own.

My view on AGEC about my life of B.Tech .

Placements: I am a first-year student at Akgec. The highest package is 1.13 crore through Amazon, which is off-campus placement and an international offer. The average is around 3 LPA. The lowest is 2 LPA. So think about it before taking admission, not just looking at the best private college or college in NCR.

AKGEC- Good and Bad (bad mostly).

Placements: The placement scenario for college is not good. Very few companies are visiting the college and most of them are not providing suitable job roles for students. Even the package offered is not very high. The college is blacklisted by companies like Amazon due to its weirdly strict attendance policy, which doesn't permit students to join jobs in their fourth year. Similarly, no internships are allowed. The average package is 3–4 LPA.

Review of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are TCS, HCL, and Infosys. Placements are only for CSE-related branches. There is no placement for core branches such as civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics and communication, etc. College does not give NOC in the third year of internship.

I don't recommend this college to anyone. No placement.

Placements: The placement is below average and the package offered is also low around two lakhs. Most student got good jobs from off campus placement with nice packages. The college has a placement cell but it is not of much use. The cell does not help students get internship/placement and the students have to find them on their own.

If you are interested in higher studies then this college is good focus on academics.

Placements: If you are in CS/it you will be placed at the end of 3rd year or 4th year. Off campus have more opportunities and good package as well. Most of the companies that visit in our campus are service based. Most of my seniors got placed in good product based companies by off campus.

It has an average infrastructure, below par faculty members and curriculum, but good college life.

Placements: Only 30% of our batchmates got good placements, and even they got them through off-campus placements. Our college administration has no credit for that. The remaining students got placed in tier-3 companies with a salary package of around 3 LPA-4 LPA in mass recruitment. Almost every good placement was achieved by students on their own. Our college puts the bare minimum effort so that it can be called being supportive. The T&P cell is pretty useless. They don't have any interest in improving you...

I suggest students not to take admission in our college.

Placements: Around only 30% to 40% of the students got placed from our college. Mostly, students from CS and IT branch get placed, while some students get placed from EE and EC branches. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our college are Infosys, Wipro, etc. If you want placements, then take admission in CS or IT branch.

I suggest you don't waste your time at this college.

Placements: Placements in our college are bad. I have not heard about the companies that visit our college for placements. Moreover, it does not provide enough salary package, and if you are in ECE, you can't get the salary package of more than 3 LPA.

Good infra, location is very bad, college life is worst, difficult to prepare for competitive exams.

Infrastructure: 1. Facilities in my Department is quite good, condition of labs are satisfactory that all the experiments in curriculum can be performed, all mentioned catagories are well managed here. 2. In hostel all the facilities are available and well managed by wardens.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of more focusing on attendance rather on study.

Placements: Placements generally occurs upto 3 or 4 Lacs on an average. And in civil engineering branch it is even much less than the placements in other branches. Mostly Placements came for CS branch or IT branch. One company I have heard about is TCS only for placement.

Howsoever the college is, it is my College!

Placements: For mechanical students, you have to either sit in CS it or sales company for the placement. No core company comes in the college. Average salary for CS Engineering is 3lpa Tcs/ Infosys are top recruiting companies. College organised there own internship programme costs you nearly 10000rs ( you have to give separately from the fee).

They never support you, and many restrictions regarding attendance.

Placements: In our mechanical engineering course, hardly any single student get any placement. As our college only focuses on extra attendance, they forget about the placement cell. Recommended internship by the college is Indian Air Force.

I suggest you not to admission in this college.

Placements: College is the worst, and there are no placements. I suggest you not to take admission in this college. The Placement department of the college is worst, and no company visit the campus for the placements. The only way to get the job is through GATE exam and other methods which totally depend on your ability.

Students from this college can't have a bright future.

Placements: Placements for the mechanical branch are horrible. Only 2-3 students out of 180 were placed in core companies, with an average package of 3 LPA. The college doesn't focus on placements. All the students in this college start preparing for GATE/ESE exams from 2nd or 3rd year itself so that after final year, they can get at least IIT/NITs for M.Tech and some hard-working ones can get into PSUs.

I ll not recommended AKGEC, go for other better college.

Placements: Well, the placement is pretty average, most of the companies that come to the college offer you from 2 LPA to 3.5 LPA. There are only few good companies (4-5 in number) which visits every year, so if you are expecting good companies for your campus drive choose a different college.

Review of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering School.

Placements: Core companies related to the mechanical field do not recruit many students from our college. Companies such as Bosch, Seimens and Kuka are some of the companies associated with our college's skill development centre. Students associated with the skill development centre are more probable to get placed instead of the ones who are not associated. The packages offered are low.

If you have a better choice, then please don't take admission in this college.

Placements: Placements are not good, especially for the civil and mechanical branches. Other branches have better placements. But overall, placements are not good in this college. Last year, only 3-4 out of 130 civil students got placed. I give 2.5/5 rating to this college.

Not enough opportunities, administration not supportive.

Placements: I graduated in 2015. So the information that I provide is relevant to that time and I am not very well informed about today's situation. For the core branches like mechanical, electrical, civil there were very few companies. Lohia provided the highest package which was around 4.5 LPA. Besides that, very companies came for recruitment and the packages were also below 3 LPA. For CS and IT Infosys was the biggest recruiter. In my graduation year, it recruited 165 students (including all branches). ...

Dissatisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: The placements offered in our college were very poor. Till now, some of my friends didn't get placed. However, some of the candidates got placed but with very low packages. Wipro offered only Rs. 2 LPA. The internship doesn't exist in the college. We don't get support from faculty members to increase our skills to get placed.
