As per the details collated from various sources on the internet, the range of marks required in NEET to get admission into AIIMS Delhi for the General Category is between 675, and if you are in the reserved category, you should aim for at least 650. Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible since AIIMS Delhi offers a lot of courses apart from MBBS, such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.

However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS, otherwise not.

AIIMS Delhi provides a broad range of BSc, BSc (Hons) and PB BSc Nursing courses to students. The qualification required to pursue different BSc courses at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:

• For BSc (Hons) Nursing: Candidates must have completed their Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate (General/ OBC (NCL)/EWS categories). Those who belong to SC/ST categories must have scored at least 50% aggregate. For all categories, the set of subjects in Class 12 must be English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• For B.Optometry, Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology, BSc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, BSc in Dental Hygiene and BSc in Operation Theatre Technology: Candidates must have completed Class 12 with 50% aggregate (General/ OBC (NCL)/EWS categories). Those who belong to SC/ST categories must have scored at least 50% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics.

Since you haven't mentioned your category, we would consider you to belong to the General Category. You should aim for at least 700+ to get AIIMS New Delhi. Looking at the last three years' cutoff, AIIMS Delhi NEET cutoff 2024 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) closed at 47 while in 2023, it closed at 57 and 55 in 2022.

The UG and PG students who get hostel at AIIMS Delhi campus are required to submit hostel fee from along with the tuition fee, every semester. For Junior residents, however, the hostel fee is deducted from salary. In addition to this, a hostel security deposit fee of INR 1,000 at the time of joining/ application.
