Great college with new management.
Placements: About 70% of students from my course are getting placed in many companies like Royal Enfield, Yamaha, Bosch, Eicher, etc. The lowest package is 200000 per year. Top recruiting companies are Royal Enfield, Bosch, Eicher, Yamaha, etc., which also give internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not as good as the range is slow and not available all the time. Also, the Wi-Fi has restrictions, so we cannot use some apps. The quality of food available in the hostel is bad sometimes but the food we can get in the canteen is somehow good when compared.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, giving extra classes for students who are back in academics and also giving motivation to the students and helping their needs. Semester exams are same as the university's type, as if now autonomous. There are some changes but it's good.
Other: I chose this course because of passion.

College has good infrastructure, well-qualified teachers, high standard facilities and good labs.
Placements: In Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, there are no placements offered for automobile engineering. There are placements for computer science, electronics and communication, information technology, and electrical engineering students. There is a placement cell in the college for students.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure when compared to all other colleges in Kerala. It has good labs, classrooms are very good with standard facilities, standard food in canteens. The college has Royal Enfield, Bosch, Eicher Training Centres. There are MCA and DMCA courses also.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and very helpful. Almost all the teachers are NIT pass outs and IIT pass outs. They are high-quality teachers and highly qualified lab assistants. Up to 2018 batch, we have MG University, and our juniors have KTU University.
Other: There are no inter-college fests. The college is not giving much importance to sports and arts.

My college life at Amal Jyothi.
Placements: They are placed according to their preference. Some chose for higher studies, and some went abroad for jobs. Everyone can apply for placement and are selected according to their performance in the interview. Main companies are Yamaha, Royal Enfield, Eicher. Everyone can participate in internships from the college. The college itself provides internship facilities inside the college.
Infrastructure: There are labs in every semester. The lab facility is very good. There are plenty of machines for studying. There are separate libraries for every department in the college. The hostel rooms and bathrooms are clean; however, the hostel food is very bad. Plenty of sports activities are available for both boys and girls. A gym facility is also available on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive in academics. They have proper knowledge about what they are teaching. The syllabus is outdated. They need to teach new technologies and innovative things. Semester exams are very tough and hard to pass.
Other: I like automobiles and vehicles, so I chose this course. The syllabus is outdated and needs to be improved.

Excellent infrastructure and good faculty
Placements: Most of the recruitments are made by IT companies. Companies like Suntec, Tec-Mahindra and TCS are the major recruiters. Salaries offered was up to 4 LPA starting from 3 LPA. Students receive internship from the companies like Volvo-Eicher, NEST and Bosch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. The campus is green and clean. Laboratories and workshops are all well-equipped. Care is taken by the management to keep the workshops equipped with the right tools and machineries that is required by a B.Tech student. The food court is cleaned at regular intervals and the food served is healthy and prepared hygienically. It has the quality of a high-end restaurant. High speed Wi-Fi connectivity is available till 7pm in the campus and hostels which serves all digital educational needs.
Faculty: The faculty is well qualified with M.Tech from IITs and NITs are recruited to be a part of the faculty. Lectures are given with audio-visual aid for better comprehension of the subject. Kalam Technological University syllabus which is followed in the college is modern and advanced.
Other: Strict discipline is maintained in the campus. There is 0% ragging. More importance is given to the curriculum. Some food items served in the mess hall of the hostel are hygienic but lacks taste.
