CAP Test Counselling 2024 - Documents to carry
The documents that need to be carried by a candidate on the counselling day are as follows:
- Counselling call letter.
- Entrance Examination – Hall Ticket.
- 12th standard or equivalent mark sheet and pass certificate.
- 10th standard mark sheet and pass certificate.
- Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.
- Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
- Medical or Physical Fitness Certificate from the officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon or a Clinical Associate Professor of a Medical College.
- Caste Certificates of SC/ ST category students.
- Demand draft for the amount mentioned in the website/counselling call letter.
Note: The admissions are subject to verification of the original certificates and documents produced by the candidates. In order to secure a seat, candidates need to pay the tuition and other fees at the time of admission by way of Demand Draft.
