Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Texson, Tata, etc. Almost all students get internships in different local companies.
Infrastructure: There are large and clean classrooms. All labs are available with modern instruments. Each department has its library. Moreover, there is a central library. In the hostel mess, the food served is good enough. Medical and hospital are near to the college, which charges low money for college students.
Faculty: All the teachers here are qualified. Most of the teachers here are PhD holders. Teaching quality is the best. Our course is relevant to the industry. As this is an autonomous college, it makes students ready for industry. Moreover, there is always different workshops arranged related to industrial study.
Other: We can apply for jobs of other courses also by pursuing this course. Our course, i.e., electronics and telecommunications, is no more offered here as it closed since the last year. We were the last batch of this course.

The infrastructure and facilities are good.
Placements: Placements and placement drives were okay. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Roles like junior engineers and the roles from BPO and KPO sectors are offered. Our college doesn't offer any internship opportunities. There is a placement cell in our college which keeps on informing students about the placement drives.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and all the facilities are available in our college such as Wi-Fi, good lab, good food, canteen, etc. Our college has the best library with ample books. The college offers good medical facilities. Our college also encourages extracurricular activities such as sports and games. I didn't face any issues with the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, and good education is being provided with the help of real-life examples. Traditional as well as modern teaching methods are used in teaching. No industry visits were organised during our time, and the industrial visits must be included in the academic activities.
Other: Our college provides all the facilities, and the campus is good. But the area outside the campus is underdeveloped which makes it difficult for students from cities to live in such a rural area.
