Placements: While some of the roles are from good companies, with their highest offered role by D. E. Shaw, at 21.5 LPA, no one has ever really converted the role. There's not a lot you can expect placement-wise here. The Placement Reports are not very clear and have no clarity on the % of students getting placed. The average package you can expect will lie between 4–6 LPA.
Placements: The placements differ from course to course. There is a cell or a society in the college where the placement society organizes the placements. If your first preference is placement, do not select this college as it does not provide well-placed placements to the students.
Placements: The highest package is 7 LPA, the average is 4 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. Usually, students prefer higher studies. Almost 40–50% of the students were placed. Recruiting companies are Axis Bank, HP, BookMyShow, Pregrad, HP, BYJU'S, Cent, Ditto, etc. Profiles offered involve analysts, business development, marketing, sales, human resources, and research.
Placements: Very few students get placements here. In fact, from our course, only a single student got a placement last year. We do have a placement and internship cell and they provide us with internship opportunities, which are really good but most of the students consider searching for internships and placements off campus. The top roles offered are sales and marketing and business development.
Placements: Percentage of students placed in my course is around 30%. The average package offered was 1.8LPA Top recruiters are Wipro, SCL, etc. 25% students got internship from the course in companies like Uber, capital one, Mahindra, etc. Top roles are cyber inspector, digital marketer, business development executive, etc.
Placements: There is a very low percentage of placements in our college as it got separated from Ram Lal Anand College a few years ago. There is significantly a low placement rate for our course as good companies don't visit our campus. Salary packages offered are negligible. There are no particular top companies as a handful of companies come for placements. None of the students got internships from our college.
Placements: I am not sure, but 10 to 20% of students got placed in college. The highest package offered is around 4 to 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 to 2.5 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Genpact, etc., recruit students from college. Almost half of the students got internships from college in Genpact. Assistant manager, etc., roles are offered.
Placements: Companies do come to recruit however the salary offered is less and students opt for higher studies, like most people either pursuing MBA afterwards or doing their Masters in economics. As far as the faculty is concerned some are really good and some are not qualified to teach at all.
Placements: Above 70% of the students got placed by our college. Top courses offered in our college are B.Com (Hons), B.Com programme, BBE, BMS, political science, physics Hons and economics Hons. The average salary package offered here is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. More than 70% of the students get selected for jobs through the recruitment cell.
Placements: 1. The no of students placed were very low in no. The batch was of about 70 students out of which not even 10 people were placed. 2. The packages offered were on the lower side only. All below 2.5 lacs 3. Genpact. Aon, exl 4. All were BPO roles. 5. Go for Du Campus placements.
Placements: There were no placements provided during my batch nor my senior batch. Just one company, i.e. Bajaj Capital came for placements, and it was asking for a fee of Rs. 45,000 for some course which was mandatory after getting a placement. So there was no effective placement cell in our college during my period, and no internships were provided by our college.
Placements: The placements were not good. I don't think that anyone from my batch got good placements. The placement cell of the college started to improve in my last year. But I think things are getting better, and now, I have received many calls from the placement cell for job interviews.
Placements: Few of my seniors from commerce department got placed by the finance and placement cell of our college. The average package they received was around 2,40,000 p. a. The number of students who got placed were around 15-20 in a batch of 200+. The companies which visited the campus included Genpact which provided maximum number of students with jobs. The finance and placement cell of college remains very active throughout the year in organising seminars and jobs about corporate culture. They also or...
Placements: Our college have good facility for placements. They provide placements in multi national companies. The department of placements in our college well concern about that students who wants to grab the opportunity of placements in companies. The head of this department are also helping to students.
Placements: There was no such placement cell in our college, so nobody got placed on-campus. Though, we had a name of DU in front of our mark sheet, which helped us to find some internship and job off-campus. Nobody knew who to approach for placement, so the last option was to approach our seniors and know their experience tips to get a job.
Placements: Placements were not good. Very few companies visited the college. Students are mostly dependent on the central placement cell of Delhi University for internships as well as jobs. Companies like Wipro, Infosys recruited through CPC. Infosys hired at a package of 2.19 lakhs.
Placements: Placement is mediocre. Not that good. However, some students are placed with good packages in my batch. Mostly, companies that visited were of the BPO sector. A package of 2-3 lakh per annum was offered mostly. However, good placement was there for my senior batch. Minimum 50% were placed.
Placements: Aryabhatta College opened last year where students were not that much aware about the placements. Placement in Aryabhatta College is not available for all courses but as the college started only last year, the placement cell is progressing in college and now it is better than the last year and still is progressing.
Placements: From my batch, no one got placement from the university placement facility. I am very disappointed. The placement services for this course are below expectations. The percentage of students placed is low, and the companies visiting lack diversity and prestige.
Placements: We have not gotten an internship from the department yet, but there are societies that provide internships and opportunities. We have asked my professors to provide us workshops, but our voice has not been heard yet. Most psychology students have to pay to get internships, and it is difficult to find internships that are paid.
