Placements: Only 20% of students get placed. The packages are very affordable; the maximum of INR 20,000 per month is the salary of an average student. There is no specific top recruiting company. 30% of students get internships. Beginner roles are offered. Don't expect very good placements, as this is a private college.

The college is good for someone who is interested in doing engineering. The facilities of lab and other facilities are very good and well maintained. The faculty support is good and also the campus is good with lots of extracurricular activities. AWH Engineering College (AEC) was established in 2001 and it’s a self-financed engineering college managed by Association for Welfare of Handicapped (AWH), Kozhikode, and Kerala. AWH is the best college on the basis of teaching and lab facilities when compared to other engineering colleges in Calicut. The only problem is there is no place for relaxing like garden and all. During exams if we want to make last time preparation we can access the college library only. That is, there is no suitable place for simply sitting and do preparation.
