Frequently Asked Questions

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Nice classrooms, good lecturers, excellent library, worst knowledge gain, and less entertainment.
Placements: No company other than those from IT sector came for hiring. Percent of selection in computer/IT engineering was about 9%. The highest salary was about 2.5 lakhs per annum. The companies which visited the college were Infosys, Mahendra, HCL Technologies, etc. The roles given were of software training, software developer, etc.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi that works only on laptops and computers, but signals are very weak. The labs are good and well-maintained. The classrooms are air-conditioned. The library is also very nice, having all the books except the ones needed for semesters. Medical facilities are not good. They have bandages only. Sports, you will enjoy the courts of volleyball, basketball, badminton. The quality of food is alright but not so good, as well as costly.
Faculty: The faculty is very good. They are helpful, you may ask them for help at any time. They are knowledgeable. They generally used the methods of teaching as "Rattafication". The student to faculty ratio is about 50:2. We went for visits to industries like National Dairy Research and Institute.

Other: The college is really good because of its crowd belonging from Delhi and Sonepat . Next main to reason to join the college is placements as many MNCs come to recruit from the college especially Infosys which comes every year to recruit students around 45-50 students every year. Murthal is also nearby, just 5 km away from here so you can enjoy the taste of famous murthal dhabas and haveli as well. The faculty members here are also good .

BMIET gives you all the facilities as compared to other colleges.
Placements: Around 75% students were placed from my course with the average salary package of 3.25 Lacs. The placements are not enough as compared to other higher reputed colleges. But its better than the other colleges in Delhi NCR,. Students can have great opportunities to get placed easily.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of electronic and electrical engineering is good as all the labs have all the machines related to practicals which are well maintained and properly working. Classrooms are enabled with Wi-Fi facility and are equipped with a projector. Quality of lab is good. College also provides internship.
Faculty: This college has well qualified and experienced staff with great knowledge. Teachers are more focused about practical knowledge rather than practical one. All the professors are very helpful and experienced, students can get help from them any time. All the faculty members are either doing Ph.D or Ph.D. holder.
Other: BMIET is the right choice if you want to do B.Tech in any field. It is worth to have college like this, providing each and every facility to students. Seminars are organized by the college time to time as per the requirement of the students. Campus environment is satisfactory full of greenery.
