The best private college in Durgapur.
Placements: The previous year, many well-known companies like Ashok Leyland, Direct-I, GE Powers, Amazon, TCS, etc., visited the campus and recruited many students. In 2018, BCET got a very good response from students about placement as well as from the companies when compared to previous years 2016 and 2017. About 70-80% of the students got placed with an average salary of 5.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Bengal College of Engineering and Technology has one of the best and active infrastructures in the whole city compared to other private colleges in Durgapur city. There are about 25 different labs and about 50-60 classrooms on the campus. There is a central library. There are one football ground, one cricket ground, one basketball court, and two badminton courts. When it comes to hostels of BCET, it is not much good. I would rate the hostels 4 out of 10.
Faculty: Faculty members in BCET are the best compared to the faculty members in other colleges. They have vast experience related to their respective subjects. Their technical knowledge is awesome. They always teach us with real-life examples and also to the point. They are highly qualified. Faculty members in BCET are one of the best among all the private colleges in the whole Durgapur city.

Review of Bengal College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. At least a maximum number of graduates got placed in top MNCs of our country. Companies like TCS, Patanjali, Wipro, Capgemini, Amazon, and L&T, etc., visit the campus for placements. They offer good salary packages. Overall, it's nice to be a part of this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is quite good. This college has 4 campuses. There are separate colleges for girls, separate hostels for boys, girls, and faculty members. The college has its own canteen, general shop, and gym. There are 2 playing grounds and separate buildings for various departments.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are highly qualified. They are well trained in teaching. They are familiar with us as well as the local language. They are always ready to help us at any time. They report in class on time and do their duty honestly. They are friendly with students.
Other: Events and sports are organised by the college every time.

I would rate 4 for all the facilities, education, and placement.
Placements: The placements are well and good, and it is about 60 to 70% of placement. Many MNC companies visit the college for hiring with good packages, and the minimum salary is about 3 LPA. I got placed in Tech Mahindra with the salary package of 3.4 LPA. Many MNC companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Byjus, L&T, etc., were there with a lot of start-up companies, where anyone can show their skills and can get an upgrade.
Infrastructure: The college has well-maintained and a lot of greeneries. The infrastructure is good with a total area of 40-acres with different colleges for different courses within the same area. It has two colleges for B.Tech students with good buildings, and the campus has beautiful grounds for playing. It has a gym for both boys and girls separately. Good and well-furnished hostel and 1st-year hostel are separate for boys by which there can't be ragging so that the students can be safe. We have about 400 rooms with two seater.
Faculty: The faculty members are student-friendly and strict regarding education. The college has a lot of various courses other than engineering courses like MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, and law. I would rate % for the infrastructure on the campus. The courses are all under AICTE approved, and it is an anti-ragging campus. The well-maintained and 3-star hostel with well-furnished rooms are available on the campus.

One of the best colleges in Bengal.
Placements: The placements are good. Our seniors got good opportunities to work with good companies like TCS, Wipro and all. They got a good package on the basis of their knowledge, ability, talent and education. Our college placed a lot of engineers in very good companies.
Infrastructure: It has a beautiful campus that I have ever seen any college. Our campus is fully enabled with Wi-Fi. Well-facilitated classrooms, labs, and library are available. The medical facility is also very good. Sports and games are the areas where we attract more just because of the facility we get here.
Faculty: The faculty of our college are very good. They are always ready to help us with doubts. They are loyal and very helpful and talented too. Their teaching techniques are quite good, and there is 30:1 is the ratio of student and faculty. We have good support from them in labs too.
