Review of NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur.
Placements: Most of the students in our college are placed in core and software companies. I also get placed with a salary package of 4.2 LPA. We also went for an internship, which helped us during campus interviews. Thanks to my college, I got placed in a core company. Some of my friends were also placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: Our college has a very beautiful view, and our labs and classrooms are very good. There are a lot of instruments available. We have a very good storage of books in the library. Some of my friends stay in the hostel. The canteen is also open, but we rarely go to the canteen as I am staying outside.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college are really good. They helped me at every step. They also helped in the final year project. Otherwise, it would have become impossible to complete this B.Tech course. I always remember the contribution of our teachers. We went for industrial visits to some companies.

Review of NSHM Knowledge Campus.
Placements: Around 94% of students were placed. The highest salary package is 7 LPA, the lowest salary package is 2 LPA and the average salary package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Byjus, Trade stocks, Bulk solids, Shyam Steel, etc. Around 30% of students get internships at Shyam steel and Yazaki India limited. The top roles offered are project Engineer, Diploma Trainee, etc.
Infrastructure: Labs have all types of machinery for various electrical motors, machines, and other needed accessories and are performed with the guidance of trained lab technicians. The classrooms are neat and clean. The library is very large and well-stocked. Free Wi-Fi is available on the college campus and hostel. Hostel has large and well-decorated living rooms, in the mess and canteen the food quality is good, tasty and hygienic. We have a government hospital very near (about 0.5km). We have a playground for outdoor sports and a gym.
Faculty: Teachers have M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees in respective subjects. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is very relevant to make students ready for the industry. To pass the semester exams need to study well as the pass mark is 40%. Pass percentage is 75-85%.
Other: I chose this course to learn the subjects well and a get a good job in electrical companies like Tata Power. The best thing about the course is it makes us industry-ready. For improvement of the course engineering drawing subject should be given some more importance. Events, tech fests, and cultural and social programs are organised in November. We have Swami Vivekananda government organised scholarship scheme for the students.

Other: I chose this course to get a job in a good electrical core company like GE Power or Tata Power. The best thing about the course is that it makes everyone ready for the industry. The course syllabus is really good, so no improvement is needed, in my opinion. Events and fests are organised in the winter months. The surroundings are clean and eco-friendly. Tree plantations are done often. The campus crowd was nicely controlled by the college's security personnel.
