Overall, it is an impressive journey and we get good knowledge and placements.

Faculty: All the faculty members were well-behaved. During the class, if we faced any issue with understanding any specific topic, they would repeat it until we understood. They were properly qualified. They had some years of experience in teaching. Overall, their teaching quality was very nice and well-descriptive. The course curriculum was well-designed, and it helped a lot to get industry-ready. We could clarify our doubts from teachers. Semester exams were not so difficult but average. If we prepare ...

Review of BIET - Birbhum Institute of Engineering & Technology.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified too. Their skills of teaching show their quality. They are very frank and friendly to their students. They like students just like their children. This course curriculum is relevant, and students can become industry-ready of about 25%.

Low feels great education.

Faculty: Faculty members and teachers are very helpful and have a friendly attitude towards us. All of the teachers and faculty members are highly qualified and have vast knowledge in their fields. Some teachers are particularly good and very helpful. Semesters are not that difficult.

Dissatisfied because of placement but the teaching quality was extraordinary.

Faculty: Teachers were extremely qualified and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and the teaching quality was extraordinary. They never failed to guide us in the right direction. Course curriculum was relevant and very helpful, but not industry-ready. Although there were trainings conducted for that.

BIET is a college for those who want to learn new things.

Faculty: Our department teachers are highly qualified and very helpful on the campus as well as outside the campus. They are from IITs. Each year, the department organises an excursion, and they also conduct an industrial tour. From the tour, we can gather more knowledge for job purposes.

I have spent four years here, so I have many memorable moments.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified and friendly. M.Tech courses of several streams are available, like mechanical engineering. All B.Tech courses of all the streams are available. I am from civil engineering stream. The course curriculum is relevant to make student industry-ready.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty. Placements were good in 2018.

Faculty: Some of the teachers in our college were highly qualified, knowledgeable and helpful, and some of them were not. Teaching quality was also average. In 4 year course first, two years teaching quality was commendable but last two years teaching quality was the worst. Teachers left college, and the students suffer a lot.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty members and placements.

Faculty: Except Mechanical Engineering department I think all the department had enough facilities and lab assistant. Computer Science having the best one. In mechanical engineering most of the faculty members was inexperienced. The experienced teacher didn't took our class only 2 teachers took rest of them are busy in gossiping. Course curriculum is relevant when the students get enough expenditure for grooming in their respective fields. I can't say about others but students from this college with thes...

Good Infrastructure but poor placement.

Faculty: Faculty are very helpful and knowledgeable. Some of Professor completed their M.Tech from IITs and NITs. Professors help students on any topic whenever they are free. The teaching quality of faculty is good. The course curriculum is not relevant. It does not make the students industry-ready.

A short comeback view from my memory of my college.

Faculty: Our civil engineering department is best in the college, and our laboratories are well-equipped with machines. Our faculty members are very good and well educated. They are helpful behind the college hours also. Our college arranged industrial visits every year and also arranged entrepreneurship development programme.

The relationship between students and teachers is great.

Faculty: Teachers are great. They will help you when you need. You just need to approach the teacher for help. Their teaching quality is good. They mostly teach using books, and after teaching, they write a programme on the computer and run it. That's why students love their teaching.

Dissatisfied with the placements provided by the college.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were poor. They didn't teach well. The college organises very few workshops and seminars. Only a few teachers were good, and the rest of them have poor qualities. It is better not to join this college. Teachers for mathematics were good. The other faculty do not even teach you C programming well.

I've completed two years at BIET, and there are two more years to finish the course.

Faculty: The faculty members and lab assistants are very helpful. They teach us very well. Many times, they make us study with audio-visual methods. The students obey the teachers very well, and they respect the teachers. The course curriculum for each department is useful.
