I'm satisfied with the infrastructure and good teachers, but placements and facilities are not good.

Placements: Placements in the college are not that good on an average. In the computer science branch, placements are available, but very fewer companies visit here. The highest salary package offered is around 5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 2 LPA. The college doesn't support for an internship. Students have to search and apply for internships on their own. Majority of students from the CSE branch work as developers.

Lack of placements and proper facilities for students.

Placements: 3.18 per annum is the highest package. Very few students get internship from the college. The companies that used to come are mostly call centre companies. The placement of the college is in a very bad condition.

I am disappointed with placements.

Placements: Only one local IT company recruited, and no other companies arrived here. I suggest if your focus is placement, then don't take admission in this college. You can try for some off-campus drives. But there also you won't be able to get more salary package.

It is a good college but demands extra hard work due to poor administration.

Placements: Only 5-6 students got placed from the branch. The average salary package offered is 3.3 LPA. TCS and Wipro are the top recruiting companies. All the students got internships mostly in government power distribution units. Assistant system engineer and system engineer are some of the top roles offered in respective companies.

Review of Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology.

Placements: There are no placements here, and I suggest you not to take admission in this college. It is the worst college, and I had the worst experience here.

Studying here will make you self reliable.

Placements: If any company comes for campus placements while you are studying, you must consider yourself lucky. There are very rare chances of campus placements, and you have to try off-campus drives. They suggest you and make you go for drives held in other colleges.

Satisfactory college years, but now really improving at different aspects, Depend on off-campus jobs

Placements: I'm doing graduation from Electrical Engineering branch (2016-2020). Our college does not offer much on-campus placements but the Training & Placement cell try hard to inform students about the off-campus or placement drive in other institutes. Students get upto 5 Lacs package and rest it upto the students that how well they perform at interviews. Half of the final year gets some or the other job till their year completion. Mainly Junior Software Engineer, Technology Specialist, etc. Are the rol...

It is a good college to study.

Placements: Few placements are provided in our college for students of some branches. Few CS students get good placements. Many students get jobs off-campus. New committee is forming now to invite good companies for better jobs and salary packages.

Our college has good value for money.

Placements: Placements are good in our college. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 6 LPA by TCS and Wipro. Around 60-70% of students got placed in our college in the 3rd year.

Our college gives very good experience to the students.

Placements: College management put a lot of effort to bring MNCs and top-rated companies for placements. Our college support students by conducting company-specific training program and recruitment drive to place students in various MNCs.

I don't recommend this college for placements and faculty.

Placements: Placements for mechanical engineering in this college are minimum—no placement opportunities for branches other than CSE. Few companies have visited the college in the past year but do not come every year- depending on your luck, the internship has to be done by the students themselves.

I am dissapointed by the faculty members.

Placements: It is a well-known government college, and they prepare students for government jobs or higher studies. Companies come for placements, but placements are not that good. The packages are average. Still, some companies come to our college, which is good for students and our college.

The college is good for those who want a decent future.

Placements: The placements in the last few years were average. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc., have visited here in the last few years and recruited students for an average salary of about 3-3.5 LPA. A majority of students of branches other than CSE opt for higher studies and off-campus placements. You have to work on your own to get an internship.

The infrastructure of this college is good, but teachers are not supportive.

Placements: Around 10% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata and other local construction companies. Almost 80% of students get internships. But internships are conducted by the private, government i.e PWD, Jal Nigam, Irrigation department, etc., or online platform courses like AutoCAD, Ravit, etc. The top roles offered in our course are site engineer...

Placements: About 70% of students got placed in our course the previous year. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Godrej, Swaraj, and TCS. The top recruiting companies are IEEE and some local companies like sugar mills. About 80% of students got internships in my course in many companies. Many top roles are offered by our college.

Placements: Very less students are placed and that too who study by their own. Their is no such help or company which come to our college for placement. No such student is recruited in the top company. I don't remember as such.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the placements and we don't get chance to explore ourselves.

Placements: The placement on campus is very low. Since the college is between the mountains so companies don't come here for the placement. The student have to go for the off campus. College don't even arrange any internship for the students.
