The college is good and decent.
Placements: Many recruiter companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, and Samsung come to hire students in this college. The highest package offered by companies is between 12-15 LPA, and the average package is between 4-6 LPA. Also, the college has a dedicated training and placement cell that conducts training programs for students, provides guidance towards careers, and maintains partnerships between the institute and industries.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. Wi-Fi is provided to every 3 rooms, and the library is also very good. But the labs are a bit small. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is above average. The institute is concerned about sports, so they give opportunities to students by holding different tournaments. The institute also has a dispensary where a doctor comes twice a week, and the ambulance is available 24 hours.
Faculty: The faculty is strict towards studies. Daily classes are held, and well-educated and knowledgeable professors are provided by the institute. The institute also holds different types of induction programs, tests, and encourages students to join committees and other activities that make students more active and open-minded. The semester exams are held regularly, and the questions totally relate to what the professor taught.
Other: I chose this college because my cousins have done their B.Tech from the same and are placed. They advised me to join this college as it is very concerned about education. In my opinion, the infrastructure of the college can be improved by making more labs and classrooms. The college holds awesome fests, spectrum events, and extracurricular activities often.

Reputed institution, strong industry ties, and beautiful location.
Placements: 1. The last percentage of students placed from our college was 85%. 2. The highest package offered was Rs 14 lakh and the lowest was 3.5 lakh. 3. The top recruiting companies in our college are Tata, Infosys, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, L&T, and Havells . 4. Top roles offered in my course were software developer, i.e., designing, testing and developing, along with this IT consultant and data analyst post too.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well mannered and maintained, including proper desks and chairs, along with excellent connectivity of WiFi connections in libraries and labs. Labs are fully equipped with advanced computer systems and with proper assistance. The quality of facilities in the hostel is pretty good, which includes a proper room with double sharing beds for first-year accommodation, and you can get your single room from next year onwards on the basis of your academic status. Food is much better in Mess as compared to other colleges, which includes four meals, i.e., breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Canteens are affordable and I feel they're completely worth the money. Medical facilities are available 24x7 for the students, which include an ambulance, a proper doctor, and a compounder with a dispensary inside the campus. Sports and games are also good; that includes basketball, volleyball, cricket, football, badminton, table tennis, and side games such as kabbadi, kho -kho and athletics. You also had a good opportunity to prove yourself at various levels in sports, as each year's tournament is conducted by UTU and more.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also excellent, and the faculty are supportive and present all the time to assist you. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant, which makes us industry-ready, as the curriculum includes industry subjects such as emerging trends in the market, digital marketing, innovation, and boosting your communication skills. Along with these subjects, the core subjects are always there, i.e., the first year, followed by physics, chemistry, math, engineering drawing, programming for problem solving (i.e., C language), EVS , basic electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and electronic engineering, which are the foundational subjects that help to build your logic-building capacity for next year.
Other: Admission in my course, i.e., Birla Institute of Applied Sciences, is provided on the basis of JEE rank. The courses offered in my college are Btech (CSE)/Btech (ECE)/BCA/MCA, with a limited intake that makes it the perfect atmosphere for learning. Currently the strength of my batch is 180. The best thing about the course is the atmosphere you get here, which makes it a perfect location for learning. This place offers you a serene and peaceful environment . It also provides multiple scholarship schemes released by the government for various areas. The alumni network of our institution is excellent and various events and festivals are conducted each year to enhance the confidence of students and upskill there extracurricular talents. Various societies are there in our college, such as sports, tech, cultural, mess , photography, fine arts, NSS , global peace society and many more, which gives us the opportunity to contribute to the society in all possible ways, like maintaining environment balance, cleanliness, upskilling ourselves, and many hackathons are conducted.

Life as a BIAS student is fun and lively.
Placements: Pursue B.Tech in Electronics and Communication branch. 60% were placed in 2024. The highest package was 9 LPA, the lowest was 2.4 LPA, and the average was 4.5 LPA. Companies like NCR, Orahi, Rubico IT, and Prodesk IT offered roles in Software Development, Cyber Security, Pen Testing, Front-end Development, and Back-end Development. 50% secured internships.
Infrastructure: The college is located in a remote area, so there is a low chance for companies to conduct on-campus drives, but some do visit. Both hostels and the college have Wi-Fi with proper speed. The library has academic and competitive exam books. Hostel life is amazing with good food, power, and comfortable amenities.
Faculty: College life involves self-study and managing everything. Teachers are nice and helpful, with an understanding nature. The course curriculum is relevant and well-structured, with industry experience integrated into many classes, making students well-versed. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and with proper attention in classes, anyone can score well.
Other: There are many societies to join on campus, providing valuable experience and learning opportunities. Practical knowledge could be emphasized more. Spectrum Fest is conducted every year, which is lively and enjoyable.

Review of Birla Institute of Applied Sciences.
Placements: 90 percent placements are offered. The average package is about 7 Lacs. This year, many students were placed in different companies. Many opportunities come here, so we are really thankful and grateful. Placement percentage has increased from last year and many opportunities have come.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is medium at best, but the area is full of greenery, which is a nice change from city life, which is full of pollution, and the weather is also nice. Here, hostel facilities are okay and not too worrisome, but sometimes complaints take time to be acknowledged.
Faculty: First-year faculty is really nice and helpful, as students come in a completely different environment, so they are really helpful, but further on they can be strict and can get a bit partial, so it is sometimes difficult to ask doubts, but overall they are nice and helpful.
Other: In college, there are not many events held, and one of the reasons is because they were discontinued during COVID, but campus life and crowds are okay.

Birla Institute of Applied Sciences.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed from our college. The top recruiting companies are Lenskart, Wipro, and outside the campus, students get internships. Some people opt for Master's degrees, while others choose to do a 9 to 5 job. Students can also pursue Ph.D. programs and go into teaching.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite average. During the rainy season, the roads worsen. There are labs, but sometimes they clash with other classes, so the teachers conduct the lab sessions in the classroom itself. The hostels are also quite average, with very few facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful; whenever we have doubts, they assist us at any time. This course prepares students to be industry-ready because there is a lot of competition and many challenges to face in the future. The semester exams are quite difficult.
Other: I've chosen this course because there is less crowd and a conducive environment. I want to improve my practical knowledge more than theoretical knowledge. There are no significant activities held in our college, and while some clubs are active, others are not.

Overall, college is good and environment is nice as it is not overly crowded.
Placements: Generally, placements are good, but last year and this year there has been a downfall in placements. Let's hope it gets normal next year. Faculty is really helpful and gives a chance to every student. Top recruiting companies are Lenskart, Akitra, Wipro, and many more.
Infrastructure: I am a day scholar, but I know hostels are good, though mess is average. I stayed in hostel for 1.5 years, and experience is pretty good. The boys' hostel is famous for noise. Mess food is average in taste and good in quality.
Faculty: Faculty members are excellent and helpful. My course is quite difficult but also very helpful for my future endeavors. Semester exams are usually tough, and passing criterion is 30%. Back examinations are tougher than regular exams.
Other: Fest is very poorly organised. It is like a school function. We want it to be more casual and fun.
