Our department was pretty bad, teaching is not as expected.

Placements: Not as good as expected, only 40% placed through college's contribution. We need more companies to be hired. Low concentration on undergraduate students. They need to be more conscious of students' placement. No internships for UG students. Accenture, Ascensus, Wipro, TCS, etc. are the top recruiting companies.

It's still a developing college and it is worth for money invested.

Placements: A lot of recruiting companies visited the campus for placements. I was placed in several companies, but we have some restrictions in considering all the companies as you can only select 2 companies to get offer letter. For B.Com, most of the Placements are of BPO, Sales and etc. with the average salary of INR 12k -15k.

It has great placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: TCS, Cognizant, and top companies visit the college for placements. Basically, your pay and work vary accordingly. The average salary offered by companies is Rs. 20,000 per month. Efforts the placement team is putting to employ you are brilliant here. Still, there is a need to get a lot of options for students and get some high-paid companies as well.

The college library is my favorite place, where I can study peacefully.

Placements: 81% of students got placed in BCA. You need to learn C+, Java, SQL, etc., for good placements. I chose another path for my career, and that is to get a government job. That's why I did not attend any on-campus interviews. I learned a lot about programming in my college lab. That is very useful for me. The top roles offered in my course are software engineer etc.

The top recruiting companies of our college include Capgemini and Cognizant. I didn't receive any internships. The job roles offered are associate and ar caller.

Placements: Above 75% of the students got placed from our college. Top companies like Infosys, etc., visit here for placements. Students who have above 70% aggregate in their course got internships. Many companies will offer jobs after we complete our under-graduation. It is one of the best colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: The placement was good even though I finished my UG still am receiving messages regarding placements from the college. More than 50% of students from my course have been placed in various companies. Internships are not good, if you want to do intern you should take the responsibility and staffs will guide in that scenario. The highest salary offered was 25000. They also try to make the students go for an off-campus interview.

Our college has good faculty members, placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: Above 90% of the students got placements, and they are doing good. Our college gives you guidance about placements once you are in the final year. But it depends on you whether you are interested in joining a company or not. In the year of 2019-2020, about 42 companies visited our college, and 600 students got placed as per their interest. Salary packages depend on the company and your talent. I think every company may offer you a salary of above Rs. 10,000 per month. Top IT companies like CTS, ...

Review of Bishop Heber College.

Placements: There are more placement opportunities, but the salary packages offered are not as much expected. By doing only UG alone, you will get very less salary package. If you do PG, then you get jobs with good salary package. But the amount of core related job recruitment is less. When you directly appear for any recruitment, our college students will get a good response from the company.
