A good place to develop your skills and knowledge with good infrastructure and average placements.

Placements: Regarding placements, one of the top companies which visit the campus regularly to recruit our college is Mckinsey. The salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. It sounds good. Apart from that, almost 10-15 companies visit the campus for placements with a salary of less than Rs. 12,000 per month. Companies such as IDBI Bank, L&T, Kaar Technologies, Oppo, Vivo, and some BPO companies visit the campus for placements. Females who looking for teaching professions will find companies. Bishop Heber is our college official name. But people all are called beauty Bishop.

Placements: My batch mate's are placed in marketing field. And my senior batch also placed marketing, finance, HR and system related jobs. And they are offered salary is 18k to 25k. My batch mate's all are getting some internship. And they are offered mostly marketing students. It is mostly useful for us.

Our college has very good infrastructure and good faculty. I misses the college a lot.

Placements: The placements are not very well. Small companies only come for the placement, but the placements are good for the coming companies. Placement cell is very helpful for students to guide the placement details. They provide the off-campus drives also, which are very useful for us.

Review of Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirappalli.

Placements: The placement and internship in our college are fantastic. On-campus and off-campus drives and placement training are available. Bachelor of commerce students get the highest salary packages, i.e., 4 LPA. Many highly reputed companies are visiting our college to recruit many students.

Obviously a well-equipped college with more features and a good experience for our graduation.

Placements: A minimum of 20 companies came to place students in their respective concerns as of 2014. Now, it has been raised to 30. CTS, IDBI, Syntel, and Deloitte were the major companies which used to hire students in large numbers. The highest salary offered for undergraduates is 15k, and for postgraduates is 23k. Companies were hiring for technical, banking, marketing and actuarial science domains. Training and placement division is highly active in training the students for campus interviews.

Good infrastructure but can't build up our career to higher level.

Placements: We have campus interviews in the college, and there are a lot of job opportunities with a salary package of RS. 35000 per month. Jobs are available even after completing our UG programme. Many companies visit our college like Wipro, Vivo and lot more, but the quality of teaching in this college is not that efficient.

I was disappointed and dissatisfied due to improper placement.

Placements: The placements were very low during our period. Even our seniors got more good placements than us. Companies like Atos and McKenzie came for placement. IDBI Insurance came for placement. They could have even more arranged good companies and place many number of students.

Absolutely nice college and with lots of facilities.

Placements: Usually, placement comes for Computer Science students and always come for marketing and teacher training and no placement for Science and technology. The internships are not familiar. But they give opportunities to the students for applying for the scholarships. The salary offered is between RS10000 to RS15000. The companies are not big companies, all are small scale companies.

I am dissatisfied because of the placements in 2017, but the faculty are the best.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark. As I am a 2014-2017 batch student, I suffered from this issue of getting just five campus drive for the entire year, and that's not good as only 10% of the students got selected. But I have to admit it, the dean in the placement is putting a lot of effort to increase the placements.

Good college with great teaching quality but student interaction is not so good.

Placements: 1) 20% placed in my course. 2) The highest package was 3.2 LPA. 3) De shaw mickensy and Sutherland visited here. 4) Top role offered in my course is of financial research analyst. 5) The highest package was in De Shaw but not confirmed about placement. The lowest is a local accounting company of 1.7 LPA. Almost every student gets passed and number of failed students are very less. Internships are allowed.

There will be a good and peaceful atmosphere in campus if we realize it we can go high in life.

Placements: Most of my course mates are studying for the purpose to get a degree and get eligible for competitive exams but here there will be recruitment for particular courses and degree holders. For example, there will be MRF company for physics students and TCS for only computer students and Mckinsey, other bank for all courses.
