What is BITS HD?

BITS (Birla Institute of Technical Science) Pilani conducts an online entrance exam called the Birla Institute of Science and Technology Higher Degree Test (BITS HD). This BITS HD entrance test is for candidates seeking admission to its higher degree programs in all BITS Pilani campuses (Pilani, Hyderabad, and Goa). M.E./M. All three campuses offer Pharma—Pilani, Hyderabad, and Goa.

Candidates must know that other than through the BITS HD test, admissions to BITS Higher Degree programs will also be provided through the GATE/GPAT scores. BITS HD Application Form 2025

Birla Institute of Technical Science will release the BITS HD 2025 application form on the official website. Applicants looking for admission to higher degree programs to BITS Pilani can fill out the BITS HD application form at bitsadmission.com. The BITS HD registration process comprises registration, filling out forms, uploading documents and payment of fees. Candidates must note that the BITS HD application form is available in online mode only. Applicants first need to complete the BITS HD 2025 registration using personal details. After successful registration, candidates must fill in academic details, communication address, and centre details.

BITS HD Application Fee 2025

Candidates need to pay INR 3150 for the BITS HD 2025 application form, and candidates seeking admission through the GATE /GPAT scorecard must pay Rs 1000/-. Once the application form is paid, fees will not be refunded.

BITS HD Exam Pattern 2025

The exam authority will release the BITS HD exam pattern on the official website. Applicants appearing in the exam must go through the exam pattern of BITS HD 2025 for their preparations. BITS HD 2025 test 1 will be common and compulsory for all aspirants. Applicants looking for admission to Higher Degree programs except for M.E. in Sanitation Science, Technology and Management and M.E. in Software system have to appear for BITS HD 2025 test 2. Candidates looking for admission to ME Software Systems or Sanitation Science, Technology and Management have to appear for a separate test. BITS HD 2025 Slot Booking and Admit Card

The exam authority will commence the BITS HD 2025 slot booking online at the official website after the completion of BITS HD test. Applicants appearing for the exam have to complete the slot booking process to download the BITS HD admit card 2025. Candidates need to fill their preferred exam date, slot and center at the time of slot booking. Any candidate who fails to complete the BITS HD slot booking is allotted exam slots on a random basis. After successful slot booking, candidates can download the BITS HD admit card. The credentials required to download the BITS HD admit card 2025 are registration number, date of Birth (DOB), and password.

BITS HD Result and Counselling 2025

Birla Institute of Technical Science will release the BITS HD 2025 result in the form of iteration. Candidates will be able to check their BITS HD 2025 result through application number, date of birth and gender. The result will be released separately for GATE/GPAT and BITS HD candidates.
