CIPET, Chennai is the best college of my life.
Placements: Our batch and senior batch students were placed through video conferencing, written exam, or viva. More than 80% of the students are placed. The company offered an average salary of Rs.10,000 per month. Students are placed in their field as in assembly, CNC machine, programming or quality control.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very well. High-speed internet connectivity is available in our college. Labs in the college are certified by NABL. Classrooms and library are well furnished. Food available in the canteen is hygienic and tasty. I haven't faced any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: All teachers in the college are helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable except for 2-3 teachers. The quality of teaching is also well. Simple teaching methods were used. The student to faculty ratio was good. The course curriculum is very useful. This course is simple and strong.

Placements in 2018 are very good and absolutely satisfied with it.
Placements: The college provides good placements, and all the students get placed with the help of the placements cell. All our seniors got placed in companies like Maruti, Motherson, Vikash Industry and CGM Chennai. The placement percent of our seniors is above 70%. The highest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 with PF. The company will provide various facilities like food, transportation, and rooms. Supreme Company visited our college for placements and recruited 25 students.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure. The facilities like free Wi-Fi, high-tech labs, fully AC classrooms and a big library are available. The college provides facilities for most of the games. Quality of food available in the canteen is very good. The hostel rooms are fully air-conditioned. Only two students are allowed to stay in a single room.
Faculty: The college has very good faculty members and course curriculum. All the teachers are very helpful, well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good, and teaching methods used are simple. Basics are taught first, and weak students go for extra classes.
Other: It is a very good campus and has Wi-Fi connectivity.

The placements are good with an average salary.
Placements: CIPET provides the maximum placements, and I am working at poly plastics industries as a trainee in the design and development. 80% of the students got the placements. The average salary will be 1.3 LPA. CIPET doesn't provide stipend not only for SC, ST, OBC caste but also for OBC Rs. 2,000 per year and for SC, ST, Rs. 12,000 per year.
Infrastructure: CIPET doesn't provide free Wi-Fi for the students. There is no medical facility. The classrooms are good. There is no field available on our campus, Bhubaneswar. The canteen doesn't provide any well kind of food. The hostel rooms are costly.
Faculty: The faculty are well-educated, helpful and experienced. The teaching methods of all the faculty are not same but knowledgeable. But during the semester, we do not visit any industry. The course is useful in the automobile industry. The faculty are well, but they are not permanent.
Other: If CIPET gives any scholarship or prizes to topped students, then I obliged. I think if CIPET gives any industry knowledge to the students during the semester, then the students are much better at industry after the placements. CIPET doesn't provide any tour during study life. The college is good for the placement and the future.
