The college infrastructure is good and location is awesome. Sukhna Lake and many other good places are nearby. Not sure about current situation, earlier the college administration was not so good. First of all they were not fully aware of the university policies and secondly maximum Faculty members were on contract basis. Overall I would rate it 3.5/5

The crowd of the college amazing. People with All India Rank less than 50k out of 12 lacks join the institute, so the average intellect is very high. You can be part of great clubs/committees and improve your personality. I was part of Apostle of Speech (literary society of CCET) and I learnt a lot from the activities the club is engaged in. There was a visible change in my personality at the end of 4 years and hence I would recommend the college to all the engineering aspirants.

Our college is affiliated to Punjab University, which has a high reputation in North India. College campus is small, but the quality of academics is good. Extra-curricular activities like dramatics, dance, debates are an active part of college. It is a student-driven college, participation of faculty is less, and participation of students’ is more in all the activities. The college fees is very less, up to 30,000 INR per semester. Currently only B.E. in CSE, ECE, Mechanical Engineering and Civil...

It’s good to study as affiliated by Punjab University and the fee is affordable by a middle class family. The college crowd is good but faculty needs an improvement. Some of the teachers need to be changed for the students. As affiliated by PU getting jobs are easy if the student has talent.

It is a fantastic college with one of the great and oldest campus. Faculty is the ocean of knowledge, you will get best knowledge here. College fee is too low and worthy. However, the placements are not enough. Facilities are good, but there is also some space for improvement. Overall it is above than an average but not a perfect college.

The first thing one notices about CCET is that it is a close kit family, everyone knows everyone else. The classes are informative but the pedagogy is not up to the mark. There is a huge scope of improvement in terms of new subjects that need to be offered as well as faculty which can effectively impart the lessons. Besides the academics, there are clubs one can join, majorly the dramatics, dance and the literary club. Infrastructure for various sports like volleyball, football, basketball is pr...

If anyone want to pursue engineering with low budget should definitely go ahead

Placements: Decent placement 15k to 20k for diploma holder, but there is good apportunity for degree holders, after diploma you will be easier to take admission in digree wing, There you will be able to take max 8 to 9 lakhs per annum. And average placement is around 4 to 5 lakhs on campus.

Satisfied with the college placements.

Placements: The placements at the college are good, and I can say they're above average. 85 percent of students in CSE and ECE are placed. Placements in mechanical and civil engineering are too low—only 30–40 percent of students get placed. The average package is around INR 6.5 LPA for CSE and ECE. Top recruiting companies like Gemini Solutions, Infosys, Cvent, TCS, Wipro, Chicmic, Code Brew Labs, and many more visit the campus. But the one drawback of the college is that they don't provide internships; you...

The fee is less and the infrastructure is good, but the future is not bright.

Placements: There is only one placement offer for CSE and a few for ECE, others have no future because today all companies want IT and computer field students only. CSE companies hired students and mechanical and civil just see their faces because they can't do anything, they can only learn coding and software.

Placements: No student gets placement offers from this course. Even the production branch students don't get any placement offers. But other branch students get placement offers, especially CSE and electronics. Other branches like civil, mechanical and electrical are offered.

Placements: According to my knowledge 1-2 student have been placed before campus placement as our campus placement starts in 7 the semester and right now all my student in my class are in 6 the semester. Moreover it is expected that this time all the students will be placed in college placements.
