Placements: Earlier, the placement cell was good, but now, due to the ongoing recession and the college's low NIRF ranking, not many companies prefer to come. Those that do come do not offer a high package. For the civil branch this year, only two companies came, offering a package of 6-7 LPA. None of the students got internships in civil companies from the placement cell and had to go for off-campus opportunities. The top role offered was that of a graduate engineer trainee position.
Placements: In 2023, almost 65 percent of the students in the Electrical Engineering branch were placed, which is far better than many NITs in that year. Top companies recruiting include Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, JP Morgan, and many more. The highest package in 2023 was around 60 lakhs for the CS branch.
Placements: For civil engineering, nearly 50% of students are placed through the college. The highest package is somewhere between 24 LPA, and the minimum package is 3-6 LPA. The top company is L & T, and there are many others too, which are good ones. The maximum internship package is 50k, and it's decent too.
Placements: My percentile of JEE Main exam is 87. My college's highest package is 1.2 Cr. And my branch's highest package is 40 LPA, and the average package is 15 to 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 12 LPA. All companies are coming to my college. And higher the good placement.
Placements: The placements in circuit branches are on par with many of the IITs and NITs; however, the non-circuit branches are another story altogether, with the exception of aeronautical engineering; the rest all are good but not great (but still much better than the rest of the competition at this rank range).
Placements: 70% of students were placed last year. This year, placements are low due to the recession. Top recruiting companies include JP Morgan and American Express. Top roles offered are SDE, data analyst, CADP, and finance roles. Almost 50% of students received internship offers, and some even got PPOs.
Placements: As this course is new, we can’t say much about placements, but the placement of other branches is pretty good. A lot of companies visit our college, like Microsoft, Amazon, etc.
Placements: Placements are decent. Some top geeks got a salary package of 1.5 CPA off-campus. Top companies like Atlassian, Microsoft, Google, etc., visited our campus and offered a salary package of 80 LPA. It is a domestic offer. Our college provides decent placements. We have a very large and strong alumni network.
Placements: This year the placements were better than the last time, but overall the placements have fallen both in quantity of the offers and also in the median package offered by the companies. Microsoft, JP Morgan, American Express, and Goldman Sachs are the few top recruiters.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is very active and responsible. Many major companies and MNCs come for internships and placements, such as Microsoft, Goldman, Amex, JP Morgan, McKinsey, etc. The average package is around 8 LPA. Our placement cycle starts in the 7th semester, and the internship cycle starts in the 5th semester.
Placements: This college doesn't have good infrastructure or facilities compared to other top colleges, but it's only good for placements and internships because it's a 100-year-old college. So many big companies came here, like Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, American Tourister, JP Morgan, and so many other big and small companies with a good average package value. The percentage of students who get placed differs by branch, with CSE getting the highest pick and vice versa. Many financial and humanities courses ...
Placements: About 35–40% of students get placed out of 60, but the placement percentage is about 88% because some students don't sit for placements and go for higher studies like MBA, M.Tech, and even UPSC preparation. The highest package from this year was 22 LPA, and the lowest was 7 LPA. The top roles offered are in the R&D department.
Placements: 5th semester is the time when one gets chance to get internship and throughout 7th semester, placements start all on the campus itself. More than 100 companies visit campus every year, giving more than 800 offers to the students. This year, 2024, the highest package was 54 LPA, which was less than last year's 81 LPA, but the average has improved from 15 LPA to 18.5 LPA. Almost 71% students got placed. I am currently thinking about placements on campus only.
Placements: The placement at PEC is great. With companies like JP Morgan, McKinsey, Microsoft, Phonepe, Samsung, and JCB coming for placements and internships, the students are provided with vast opportunities, and they can get high packages at a tender age. The internship semester allows students to go out and get exposure to various fields. Production and industrial engineering students get decent opportunities. The highest package went to 21 LPA in Industrial Engineering.
Placements: The course artificial intelligence is great as almost all the students are placed in this course. The average package offered is 22 Lacs per annum. Top companies are Google, Microsoft, Apple, Goldman Sachs and many more. The highest package offered is 83 Lacs per annum.
Placements: Placement trend of 2023 was very good. If I talk about the ECE branch, almost 90% of students were placed that year, and that too with 18 LPA as their median package. Many companies had visited, and companies like Apple, which do not recruit even from IITs, had recruited students from our college. Other companies were Amazon, Infosys, Goldman Sachs, and many more. In 2024, placement has gone down, and the median package dropped to almost 14 LPA for ECE, as well as the number of students placed h...
Placements: I am from the electrical department. Due to recession, placements percentage is lower than the previous years. This time, the highest package is 54 LPA, average package is 15 LPA and 12 LPA is the median package offered in electrical department. Top recruiters are Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, Paytm, JP morgan and other big firms. Only 30% students of the entire EE batch got internships.
Placements: The placements season is yet to arrive. As of now, our batch of 2025 sits for internships in companies like Microsoft, JP Morgan, AMEX, DeShaw visiting our college. Although internships in the tech profile were less as compared to non tech profiles, the placements percentage was 51% for 2024 batch.
Placements: At this college placements were given to the students. Almost 36% of students gets placements in the college. The highest package offered was 12 LPA. The lowest package offered was 3 LPA. Average package offered in the course was between 3-7 LPA. Top recruiters in our course were Myntra, Goldman Sachs, Infosys etc.
Placements: I have taken Production and Industrial Engineering in 2020 through JoSAA and seeing the placement and internship percentage it is approximately 88-90% as some choose higher education such as MS or Government services, for my branch major recruitment for our students was JP Morgan, Mckinsey, P&G, and many more. These company offers many role such as Investment banking, Consulting, Software Development etc.
