Mandatory Subjects : Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics
Candidate must have secured minimum 50% marks in English.

Age

Minimum: 17 years | Maximum: 25 years

Candidate having Diploma/ B.Sc. from a recognized board with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% in English are also eligible. 5 years relaxation is given to SC/ ST candidate. Candidate eyesight should be 6/6 permissible up to +2.5, Colour vision should be normal, Field of vision should be normal are also eligible. Candidate Height and Weight must be minimum 157cm and 50kg.

I am writing this with a heavy heart that my college is no more i.e. closed forever

Placements: I should say that my college had a superb placement cell for my senior batches and there were many top companies recruiting our seniors because the one and the only reason was our course i.e. ATS (Alternative Training Scheme). But eventually, everything went bad because of the poor management.

Infrastructure: It started to degrade very badly. From best to good to okay to bad. As usual, the management is one to blame but the course is one of a kind. It is simply the best and one in all over India but we started losing all the credits one by one. I feel so sad to see my college in such a condition cause I have seen my college when it was giving its 100%

Faculty: We had five chief marine engineers and three 2nd engineers and many other wonderful faculty members who shared their priceless knowledge and experiences on board the vessel as well as on the shore. Gradually, everything started to deteriorate and we started to lose all the wonderful faculty members one by one and eventually, we were left with none.
