    A:
    {Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell at CMR Engineering College

Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here's an overview of the effectiveness of the placement cell at CMR Engineering College:

    * Good placements: Many students have reported that almost 80-90% of the students get placed every year from the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch.
    * Reasonable salary packages: Students have mentioned that the companies visiting the campus offer reasonable salary packages, with the highest package being around INR10 Lacs per annum and the lowest being around INR3 Lacs per annum.
    * Top companies: Well-known companies such as Zensar, Byju's, Deloitte, and Amazon have visited the campus for placements.
    * Extra preparation: The college provides extra classes for students to prepare for campus interviews, which is seen as a positive effort towards ensuring good placements.

If anyone wants to join this college, you can.
Placements: The lowest package is about 3 LPA and the highest is 42 LPA. If we talk about internships, a total percentage of 70 to 75% of students got internships based on their grades. Top roles offered are developed coders, etc. Top companies recruited from our college are Amazon, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are not that bad but okay to enjoy a college nature. And when you talk about the canteen, you can have healthy food like our home. Somehow, the taste may be liked by someone or some may not like it, but it’s good in my opinion. There is a big ground, so you can play any sports activity.
Faculty: A good faculty and exams are conducted very well. The pass percentage of every semester in this college is about 85 to 90 percent. As faculty takes a lot of care about the students, lab external internals are conducted very well. Mid exams are also treated the same as semester exams so that students can concentrate more on their studies.
Other: Can join this college if you want a value-for-money college.

Review of CMR ENGINEERING COLLEGE .
Placements: 80% of students were placed in this college. The highest package is 44 Lacs and the lowest package is 3 Lacs. Amazon and Microsoft are recruiting companies. 75% of students got internships from the Data Science course. And the top role of the Data Science course is C language.
Infrastructure: In our college, labs are good and classrooms are cleaned day by day. Our college has a very big library. In that library, a lot of books are placed about Maths, Physics, Chemistry, C programming, Java, and also DLD subject books. Some books are also for GATE preparation.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and also have full knowledge of the subject and they have a lot of experience in the subject. Their teaching quality is very nice. Compared to mid-exams, the semester exams are difficult. The invigilation is also very strict and the pass percentage is 80.
Other: I have chosen the Data Science course. It is the best course for our future.

In our college the good thing is the teachers will support to our new ideas.
Placements: In our college there is a good placements like the highest package like 44 LPA and the lowest package like 3.4 LPA so in our college every year 500 to 600 placements are coming so In our college 35 percentage of students get placed in every year In my college are good.
Infrastructure: The good infrastructure in our college and library is very big and our department classroom are very decent to everyone to attract the rooms and the comes to the mess the food is good and not worth to money and the rooms of hostel is okay and nice to leave.
Faculty: The teachers are so different compared to inter college teacher so the teachers are good faculty In this course there are so many cources in our college and the student is so good to study here compared to other same like these colleges and campus is good.
Other: The other information I like to give is the canteen was not good yet and some places was good in our college.

Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed because of the faculty.
Placements: At present, from our course, no one got placed till now. So I'm not sure about packages. The top recruiting company is Accenture. Some students are doing some internships. Some internships are paid, and some are non-paid. Students should prepare to get opportunities in product-based companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is not very good and not very bad also. Our classrooms are good. Our labs are not worth the money paid. There is a Wi-Fi problem every day in our department. The library is very good. It is the only place which is worth the money. Sports and games are very good. The hostel provides facilities like food, cleanliness, etc. They are average.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is very poor. They are not highly experienced in handling and being friendly with students. The faculty are there just to blackmail students for their satisfaction or ego. So based on this, I think students are not ready for industries. Semester exams are very difficult compared to faculty members teaching. We are not sure that we will pass when we write the exam excellently also because it is in faculty members' hands, so students can't do anything about that. Mainly there is less pass percentage compared to all departments because of our HOD's arrogance and her selfishness about her position in the college.
Other: There are many other extracurricular activities, but not for our department because our HOD does not allow us to participate. I thought that I would have a good future after my B.Tech but now by observing our department's incarceration rules, I think I will not see the future I have thought.

I'm absolutely satisfied with my college, good memories, and good learning.
Placements: 60% of students are placed in my course. The highest package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 4.25 LPA. Some of the top MNCs recruit students like Capgemini, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. 10% of students have got internships from Hanadole company. Some roles offered are system engineer, network engineer, full-stack developer, and app developer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms with well-arranged seating and digital screens and labs are available with good internet connections. The hostel is good with awesome infrastructure, food quality is good with a healthy menu, and the canteen is available inside the college campus. College has its own hospital named CMR Hospital, which is located on the back road of the college. Sports and fests are conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well qualified. 70% of the curriculum is relevant to my course, not fully, but 60% knowledge can be gained by the curriculum for industry. The semester exam is conducted in a strict manner. Exams are conducted under the observation of teachers and CCTV; the total pass percentage of the class will be 80%, and the average pass percentage is 48%.

    Review of CMR Engineering College.
Placements: Students in our college should get more than 85%. The highest was 44 LPA, the lowest was 6 LPA, and the average was 14 LPA. Amazon, Wipro, Capgemini, etc. More than 90% will get internships in our college in Amazon, TCL-like companies. Software engineer, Data analyst.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs are very neat and clean. No Wi-Fi connection in classrooms and around the campus. Facilities are above average, not up to the mark. The infrastructure is very good, and the college will look nice around the trees. The canteen food is 8/10, and the hostel mess is 7/10. Medical facilities are very good. Sports and games are okay.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and teaching quality is average. The teachers will not be friendly while the course is going on; they will get friendly when the course is getting completed at the end. No, it won't be. The pass percentage is 35% out of 100%.
Other: Events are not up to the mark in this college. They just conduct the events when there is a festival. My course should be improved with more technology subjects.
