college of engineer is a very good college for engineer aspects,which provides a very good environme

Placements: I have attented few campus. And I havnt cleared any The like of TCS and tech mahindra etc. Dit not got campus drive on automobile core. Around 40% students from my batch got placed. The stats are also same for my seniors. Yes there is placement cell, they do their jobs efficiently.

Infrastructure: Yes, we have several labs including chemistry, physics, automobile maintenance, mechanical etc. We have a cricket and football club. There is a canteen and they provide excellent food. There is not hostel for boys, but girls have a hostel. There is a computer lab with Wi-Fi connection. And sufficient desktop PCs. The infrastructures are excellent.

Faculty: We have good set of teachers. There are several professors and Ph.D. holders. They are very friendly and cooperative. They do their best in teaching us. Although the teaching quality is excellent, they must reachout to individual student. They method is orthodox, same dictate and note method. Teacher student ratio is 1:50. I didnt got any industry exposure, but every. Thing is provided inside college campus. The course curriculum is useful.

Other: The college organise yearly tech fest, where there is various events were organised. But the annual function is occationally.

Poor hostel amenities and infrastructure. The workshop facilities can be improved.

Placements: According to my knowledge students of the core branches face a lot of issues during the placements. The highest salary offered was of 1.44 Lacs per year for students of Automobile branch. The college doesn't provide any sort of help in getting internships either.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are pretty good and we do have a well-stocked library. But our workshop lacks a lot of instruments which could have helped us to learn otherwise. The hostel has wi-fi but the rooms aren't that good. The worst part is the caterer at the hostel and the canteen provides extremely bad quality of food. I would rather suggest you stay in a PG or take an apartment on rent with 4 to 5 friends.

Faculty: The teachers are very much helpful and the way they impart knowledge is very good. The course curriculum is appreciable but can be improved a lot. We can be taught about the latest emerging technologies in our fields of specialisation. Our workshop facilities can also be improved.

Other: I decided to take this course up as I was always passionate about Automobiles. Moreover, there were very few colleges where the Automobile Engineering course was available. As this college was near to my home I chose this college. Annually, in our college, there is a technical fest held in the college. Along with that, we have sports events, freshers parties and celebrations of various pujas. Campus life is quite good here.
