Happy to be a part of this college.

Placements: CVR has a good number of placements and infact the college has bagged the National employability award quite a few times. The recent years have got placements from decent companies and with decent packages. But the thing is almost all the placements are from IT companies so students from CS/IT branches are lucky to be in this college. The number ranges from 300-500 students and the salaries offered are in the range of 2 LPA to 14 LPA with an average of 3.5 LPA (CTC). Companies like Mindtree, Cap...

The college with good facilities and faculty.

Placements: This year, the placements are going average when compared to our old batches. Around 60 companies visited, and about 500 students got placed, as our faculty told us about that. The highest salary package was 24 LPA in which one person got it. The minimum salary package was 2.5 LPA in which more than 70 members got that. Accenture company provided many jobs, and the companies like Microsoft and Amazon also visited the campus for the placements.

Fantastic college with good atmosphere which makes us a complete human being. !

Placements: Placement scenario is awesome. The college had drastic growth in the numbers of students selected in the past few years. Placements for colleges like MVSR CVSR are also done in CVR and that speaks volumes about placement wing in CVR. Last year almost 70% of the students were selected in the packages ranging from 3.5 lac-15lac per annum. Many renowned companies like Google, microsoft, infosys, amazon etc. offers placements here.

The quality of education is good, and the placements are the best on the campus.

Placements: Here, we are getting placements from more than 250 companies. A few are product-based companies. We have a programme called Ebox, and there we can improve our programming skills by completing the challenges. It is one of the best colleges for placements I have known.

Overall it's a good college to join and study well with guidance of some good faculty.

Placements: Hello. This is Vishal from CVR college of engineering. When I got passed out in 2014, we really worried about placements because we were around 250 people from CSE & IT but vacancies were below 60-70. In 2013 batch,100 students got placed and in 2014, 65 people were placed. 30% of our batch were placed from companies like Accenture, Virtusa, Tcs, Infosys, Wipro and Tech mahindra. 4Lakhs perannum was the highest by Infosys,3Lakhs was average and 2Lakhs was the lowest by Wipro. Roles like Technic...

On a whole College is good but not very good.

Placements: Campus Placements are not that good. They are good for computer and electronic branches but bad for mechanical and civil. In some cases even 50 percent did not got placed. There is a placement cell in our college It is somewhat helpful for students but I think placements should be more concentrated.

Good college for normal aspirants.

Placements: Good placements for CSE stream and mostly IT companies are interested. Getting placed in core streams are difficult and rare. 40% are placed yearly. Yes, there is a placement cell which provides training for final year students in getting placements. It's quite useful.

Our college is mainly focused on academics and placements. But, it is strict, not much good for fun.

Placements: The placements are very good in our college. Most of the students who have a minimum CGPA will surely get placed in good companies like Microsoft, MuSigma, Delloite, etc. Our placement cell trains the student very well in the 2nd year itself. We have very good faculty.

A good college for placements.

Placements: In our college, there is a separate building called placement cell, and many companies are offering jobs in our college in my views middle-class families can depend on CVR college for its activities on giving 100% placements to students.

Good College for Students who wish to get placed in IT Sector.

Placements: The placements in this college were good previously. But, this academic year for our seniors there is a high drop in the number of students who got placed. Most of the companies coming to CVR are from the IT sector like Capgemini, Virtusa etc. Only a few core companies visit our college. And probably 1 or 2 are selected by the core companies. 700+ students out of 1200 were placed from our super senior's batch but 100+ of them did not recieve the Call Letter. One of the companies which did not se...

Satisfactory experience, but college should be more focused on other branches too.

Placements: Placements were good, almost 20 to 25 companies have come for the placement, but only for CSE and it related jobs, the highest CTC offered by a company was 20 LPA. And the lowest was 2.5 LPA. We have a placement cell and all the placements are done by placements manager.

Dissatisfied with the placement on the campus.

Placements: As far as the mechanical branch is concerned, the placement is not at all satisfactory. We are not exposed to more interviews with the core companies. If you are not so particular about the stream, you are going to settle in then we get a lot of opportunities from the service provider company.

More than satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placements in our college are far better compared to other colleges in Telangana. More than 70% of students are placed every year from all branches. Students are encouraged and prepared for placements through CRT (campus recruitment training). The packages from companies starting from 3.5 to 14 LPA will visit our campus.

Placements: They are providing internships for all branches. The students are trained to work in the industry. Our college has an interconnection with multinational companies. Maximum many students are placed with good packages. We only create our records and break those records.

The best choice for students who need placement in software field.

Placements: A lot of software placements with guaranteed placements are available. Experienced faculty for training related to placements are available, but don't expect much of civil placements. A bunch of placement companies will arrive during the final year. The placement officer is trying to get more core companies to the campus so that students can get best opportunities.

Our college sometimes seems like a school, but I love my college and college rules.

Placements: The college is good at placements, but not at recruitment. Since the last two years, our college placements rating came down due to the negligence of students, overchange in studies and behaviour. Due to some attitude students, the entire class is disturbed at some time. The faculty are getting irritated, so students cannot concentrate on studies. When I joined at the time, the percentage of the internship is 75-80%, but now it is somewhat less compared to previous one. The highest package in Am...

I appreciate the college because of good faculty.

Placements: In my college, there are no placements for the civil engineers. Hence we should go outside the campus for the placement. In my college, the average number of students are placed. The students who are pursuing more than 65% percent in their academics are eligible for the placements.

This college has a really good infrastructure and also provides really good facilities.

Placements: Our college has a connection with many multinational companies. We had quite a good number of jobs, especially in our branch which is the computer science branch. 80% of the students were placed in this year. The highest package offered is Rs. 16 lakhs. 60% of the students got the internship. We had a placement cell as well.

The college is good to get an average job at a low price.

Placements: In my college, the placements are limited to 3 or 4 branches only, and the mechanical and civil engineers barely get 1 or 2 jobs. But for the other branches, there are good offers. There is no guarantee that you can get the placement but if you do, it might be one of good company in India. In 2017, the highest package offered was 15 LPA, and most of the students get the salary between 3 -6 LPA.
