Absolutely satisfied, good infrastructure, faculty, and location are key highlights of the college.
Placements: 1. 20 students were placed all together in the same company. 2. The highest package offered was: 8Lakhs, average Package: 6Lakhs, and the lowest Package: 4Lakhs. 3. Capgemini, L&T InfoTech, Infosys, Mindspace are the companies who visited our campus. 4. Internship is not offered. 5.Positions offered are Senior manager, technical specials .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty decent. There are mainly two buildings. College has lots of greenery outside and inside. There is a badminton court. Wi-fi is not available, classrooms are huge and the main highlight of Data Meghe College is its library, its beautiful and spacious along with multiple seating arrangement and books. Canteen offers very delicious food at low rates. Data Meghe College of Engineering do not offer any hostel facility.
Faculty: 1. Teachers are really nice, they are very well qualified includes Ph.D. Masters. They are very knowledgeable in their respective subject. Teaching quality is 9/10. 2. Information Technology course is relevant just that it's little bit outdated and won't include new in demand technological knowledge, so for industry ready purpose we need to upskill on our own . 3. Semester exam are tough, passing percentage is 65%, rest students either get drop or acquire live KT. As the semester question paper of Mumbai university is tough but can be easy for those who study all the previous year question papers as well as whole syllabus. Semester exams get usually tough due to lack of time to prepare nicely for the exam.
Other: 1. The Information Technology course is in demand, and I'm highly interested in coding, as it fascinates me. The best thing about this course is that all the basics are clear, and I get hands-on experience coding using different languages like C, C+, Java, DSA USING C, PYTHON, MYSQL, and so on. 2. Teachers could be more into practical knowledge rather than just syllabus-related. Also including the latest new technologies into course like. Net, JavaScript, PHP, and more gaming technologies too. 3. There are no major fests, only one that too is boring. Events are there like during the Ganpati festival DJ and traditional attire. Navratri College has DJ dance and traditional wear. The crowd is nice to vibe with them and engage. Connectivity is average. The campus surrounding is just so awesome as the college is within Airoli. Walking distance of 10mins from Airoli station and also has so many varieties and delicious food options nearby, even cafes at low rates. One cannot ever be left hungry near here. Scholarships are there for people who fall under the caste category. Extracurricular activities include badminton, kabaddi, kho, and more such games.

Absolutely, it's a good college. It provides a lot of options for placement .
Placements: In last year, approximately 60% of students were placed with the highest package of 12 lakh , various company are come in college for placement, including top MNC companies such as Capgemini, Mindspace, TCS, Reliance, Hexaware, Burn & MacDonald, JIO, and many more companies.
Infrastructure: Labs are very good. Like Ethernet service is available, and also they provide Wi-Fi, and the library is well maintained. They provide lots of book options, and the staff are very supportive. They encourage participation in various hackathons and inter-college competitions.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, like PhDs, that is, all are experienced people in each and every field. This college makes students ready for the industry. They provide lots of options like entrepreneurship. If students are not interested in a job, they also start their business college and teach them how to start a business.
Other: Now the market is totally dependent on IT, that's why I took an IT course. College organizes lots of events like college has its milestones. The annual function is a big event for the college. Also, they arrange several boot camps. Many more events are also organized.

    Best college in Navi Mumbai.
Placements: This college is best for civil engineering students because core companies like Godrej, L&T, IRB, etc. visit for placements with packages worth 6 to 12 LPA. 90% students are placed every year. Internships are given in metro and PWD in Navi Mumbai which helps our career.
Infrastructure: Great infrastructure in Mumbai region is available only in this college. They have the best classrooms and library for the students to study making it feel good to learn here. The hostels are very hygienic with a mess provided. Many sports and games are available with all types of facilities for the students. The campus has labs which are very well maintained.
Faculty: The teachers come from industrial backgrounds and guide us with industry requirements. The course curriculum is very helpful for getting jobs with add on projects and internships. The exams were so difficult to pass as the syllabus is still not covered by the teachers.

Data Meghe College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai - One of the best colleges for Civil Engineering.
Placements: The average package is 5-6 LPA. The highest package is around 10 LPA. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Reliance Jio, Tata Consultancy Services, Capgemini, etc., offer campus placements. The placement percentage is around 60%, while many students also go abroad for further studies. I am currently in my second year of Civil Engineering and will be graduating in 2027.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. There are two buildings: one with 11 floors and the other with 7 floors. Both buildings have Wi-Fi. The Central Library has over 45,000 books. The college doesn’t have hostel facilities, but students can stay as paying guests (PG) in the locality.
Faculty: The faculty-student relationship is great. Faculty members help students in every possible way. There are two Internal Assessment (IA) exams held each semester, and the average of the two is considered. The semester exams are quite difficult, but with the supportive faculty, many students pass the exams on their first attempt.
Other: I am pursuing Civil Engineering. Many fests like Technitude and Milestone are held every year. Festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri are also celebrated on campus. Being a member of any student committee helps in developing many practical qualities. Datta Meghe College of Engineering is considered one of the best colleges in Mumbai for Civil Engineering.

    My engineering college life.
Placements: Total 60 students are in my class. Till now, I had not passed college. I 1st year but till now my experience so good in this college companies like mind space, indalco, godrej etc. has in college for placement and students in good count around 80% students from college are selected.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities in college, but a canteen is there, and the food in the canteen is very hygienic. The college provides free Wi-Fi for students to use on campus. There is a separate sports room for everyone, and separate girls' and boys common rooms where they can sit and have a hill.
Faculty: Interaction between students and teachers is good, and teachers help with doubt-solving and solve each and every doubt. The college staff is very strict in examination time; they don't allow copying in exams. The passing percentage is around 70–80 percent.

Everything is average here including the campus, faculty, and the facilities.
Placements: As you all know, the deserving candidates only get placed by the placements cell of any college. Most of the students get placed in DMCE with an average package of 3 to 4 Lacs. The highest package of DMCE in the year 2024 was 13 Lacs and the lowest was around 2.5 or 3 Lacs. This year many jobs of sales were offered for our branch which were not that good regarding the field of work. Our college does not provide any internships.
Infrastructure: There are all the facilities available which are needed for the students with basics like drinking water, etc. They have a huge library which has a capacity of around 200 students and have at least 5 copies of every book so that there is enough availability. Labs are air conditioned but not that great. We do have Wi-Fi only when someone comes from outside for inspection. We have a huge canteen but the kitchen staff is not good, the food’s taste and quality are bad. Our college organises sports day.
Faculty: Faculty at DMCE is full of old teachers who have ego and attitude instead of solving doubts or helping the students. Some of them are helpful and play the role of mentors. The curriculum is of Mumbai University which is outdated but still we had to develop our skills and manage to get placed on our own.
Other: In the current situation, Computer Science is booming and also I developed some interest in it. DMCE has an annual fest named Technitude which is a huge fest in the college itself along with many small fest from all the branches. We don't have a campus, so there’s no campus life, just a stall building and nothing much. We have a badminton court.
