An experience for life, mixed feelings about the college, good and bad.

Placements: As a college on the North campus, I expected Big 4s to be there because they were coming up in the other colleges. However, the college didn't provide any opportunity like that.

Infrastructure is not good but overall studies are good.

Placements: Placements are less because most students go on to do Masters. The highest salary package is 8-9 lakhs per annum, the lowest is 2 lakhs per annum, and the average is 5 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Leading Client, Gyantu, and many private companies. Students get internships in various fields, including research, healthcare, and corporate internships. Students also take part in projects initiated by the college, such as the current project on drosophila. Top roles for graduates ar...

Dissatisfied with the fee structure, great faculty, low infrastructure and less facilities.

Placements: The Placement Society tries its best to provide us with all the internship opportunities and conducts placement fairs too, but the opportunities for placement for my particular course are next to negligible. People from our college do get placed, but it is often a matter of luck.

Don't take admission to this college thinking it falls in the overhyped north campus.

Placements: Placements are mainly for B.Com and B.A. Eco. There are not many opportunities available for humanities students. Philosophy honors courses don't have a curriculum for practical experience. It is mostly theoretical. Humanities students are allowed to sit for placements if they have relevant skill sets.

All You Need To Know About DRC!

Placements: For a life sciences student, it is necessary to complete your studies, at least up to the master's. This not only fosters your educational background but also facilitates placement following post-graduation. The student can apply for a post as a teacher in schools after qualifying exams for the same. Many companies expand their internships to many colleges at DU, and if the student stays active and keeps a regular check of all messages posted on different WhatsApp groups, he/she can easily becom...

The worst infrastructure, yet you are not left out in your academics.

Placements: It does not matter what course you belong to; if you have good communication skills, you will be able to crack any decent placement. DRC placements are not very crowded with top companies, but they provide experience of how the corporate world operates by setting a platform for students to interview with companies.

Not as expected. I wish the infrastructure was better. Not the best, but at least better.

Placements: I don't have any proper knowledge about the internships for the students or the placements. But there was an event held, named "Incrementum," where 40+ companies visited our college and offered internships, both paid and unpaid, through interviews.

Review of Glance of Daulat Ram.

Placements: There is no placement in my course. None of our alumni is placed by the college. But there are other opportunities on the campus, and lots of exposure is there as it is part of Delhi University, especially of North Campus. Students also do internships on their own.

I miss my college days so much .

Placements: There is no placement at my college  There is no facility for placement. There is no company that takes students. There is no facility for internships in our course; they take more fees and do not give anything to us, which is very bad for students.

Not great infrastructure, but good ambience.

Placements: For B.A. Hons. psychology, there are very few placements anywhere, and the same goes for the course in psychology, but I am not very aware of the placements that are done in other courses, and there is a placement cell that helps students in the process as well as other skills like CV writing.

Our college has good faculty members.

Placements: Our college has a separate placement cell for placement purposes. It provides all the information regarding short-term internships as well as fixed jobs. The placement cell prepares students for interviews and the selection process. It always guides us.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, crowd and infrastructure.

Placements: People getting placed is increasing every year from our college from big MNCs such as Deloitte, De Shaw and Co, Capgemini, Larsen and Toubro, Accenture, etc. Before the recruitment drives, the students are also given Placement Training separately in order to prepare them for making CVs and interview cracking which has really helped in making placements even better every year.

Our college has poor infrastructure, faculty, and a bad crowd.

Placements: I'm a Chemistry Hons student at Daulat Ram College. Our batch will be passing out in 2024. Our seniors who have passed out weren't much into chemistry. They had eventually lost interest. The placement isn't as nice as they expected from a North Campus College.

I'm somewhat satisfied with the college.

Placements: Our college has got admission according to the cut-off. The highest cut off was 99%, and the final cut off was a special cut off for students who did not get admission to any of the other cut-offs. The big four companies that visited our college for placements are Deloitte, KPMG, Ey, etc.  Around 30-40% of students got internships in digital marketing. Our roles are mainly focused on accounting, business management, and chartered accounting.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide many placement options for economics-related roles. Most of the companies came for B.Com courses. There was no proper career guidance, and assistance available for students.

The college has good faculty members, but development is still required.

Placements: Companies like Deloitte and KPMG visited our college for conducting recruitment drives. Around 20% of the students have been placed in reputed companies with a good profile. Overall, the college is successful in providing everybody what they deserve and opportunities for development and growth.
