Good engineering college as compared to other institutes.
Placements: Placements are really good for technical branches but for the core branches, it is average. Talking about the opportunities there are a lot of activities such as mock interviews and aptitude tests for the students to do well during the interviews. Also there are some industrial trips for the students for the exposure of professional life.
Infrastructure: College has a well maintained world class library where students can find good course related and other books with high tech computers with well internet connectivity. Hostels are well maintained and clean with an in house mess for the hostlers and sometimes the day scholars can also enjoy mess food by paying though.
Faculty: Good faculty with great in depth knowledge of the course. They inspire students by more practical exposure as well as with application based teaching. Most of the faculty has good professional exposure in the field. Teachers give their 100% to teach the students .

Our college has a good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 15- 20% of the students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 24 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 8.4 LPA. Wipro and many other local companies visit our campus for recruitment. There are many companies related to mechanical engineering and other streams.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities available in our college. We have Wi-Fi available for everyone, and I like the library most because it is air-conditioned and has books with good quality. Hostels are also very good. There are rooms available with air-conditioners and without air-conditioners.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well qualified and are having very good bookish knowledge. They are very kind and helpful. The HOD of our department is a very careful person, and the teaching quality is on another level. The course curriculum is relevant, and teachers and college make students industry-ready with the help of knowledge, practice and with various projects.
Other: I chose this college because I feel that it is the best college after LPU in Jalandhar and also in Punjab. The most common reason is that it is very near to my house. I think the idol of all engineering is mechanical engineering and it is evergreen. That is the best thing I like about our course. Many events are held in college related to sports, study, festival, technology and, extracurricular activities.

Good facilities with a peaceful environment , experienced faculty members.
Placements: 100 percent placement as per my knowledge. Companies like saonalika tractors, Gna , Mahindra and Mahindra , leader valves Jalandhar , and many more companies recruit students in which students had done their industrial training in different companies and gain good experience .
Infrastructure: Campus is totally WiFi enabled with good computer labs fully air conditioned . Infrastructure is very nice, clean classrooms , toilets and overall good . Library is great with huge collection of books of different sections. Hostel rooms are in good condition , meal in mess is good and hygienic.
Faculty: Not all professors are good but most of them are very good at teaching with great experience and practical knowledge of industry . 2 out of 6 are average in teaching and others are excellent. Course curriculum is relevant to the industry and a good pattern of study material available.
Other: I have an interest in this field , that's why I choose this course. More practical knowledge about the industry which is currently going on in the industry will improve the course. Research and development based classes , so that students can learn more with practical examples.

Dissatisfied because of lack of placements.
Placements: Only 10% are placed but most of them are placed in different streams. The package offered by the company was 9k to 15k. Companies like Ralcen tyre, Gna, JJ jonix, and local company are the top recruiting companies. 0 % of students got internship from B.Tech mechanical.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities on campus are good than any other college around the locality. Classrooms was neat and has a huge library but some labs have broken instruments The hostel conditions are good then other colleges, Food is okay but the Wi-Fi facility is very good.
Faculty: Some of the teachers were very good and some not able to know how teach No the course curriculum is not relevant. Because many of the subjects is not applicable in industry. This kind of curriculum doesn't make the students ready for industry. All because of Indian education.

Placement was not good.
Placements: 1. the percentage of students placed was 20 2. the highest salary 5.20lakh and the lowest 1.2 Lacs 3. GNA gears was the top recruiter. 4. Position in production department was the top role offered 5. the highest 2.8 Lacs and least 1.2lakh per annum None of the student get any type of internship in my course.
Infrastructure: The facility was good, fully Wi-Fi environment, easy access to library. The food of mess is not great at all Each and every sport is available for the students.
Faculty: Teacher are very helpful and well qualified and had a great knowledge of their subjects. No I don't find the course relevant, students have to make themselves ready for the industry.
Other: Nothing was best. Can't say anything on this matter Done nothing.
