The GATE 2025 admit cards have been released for admission to the MTech course. Registered candidates can log in and download their admit cards from the official website. The GATE 2025 exams are scheduled to be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.

| M.E./M.Tech | Candidate must have passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field/ course of Engineering and Technology from AICTE or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least mentioned marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, EWS and PwD category belonging to Maharashtra State). |
| M.Sc. | Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree with the mentioned marks in the qualifying degree aggregate of all semesters/year. Candidate should have secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10- point scale) or 60% for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates. The above mentioned CGPA/Percentage should be awarded by a recognized University/Institute. In case both CGPA and percentage are mentioned, then only CGPA would be considered. In case, the result of qualifying degree is awaited, provisional admission is permitted. |

DIAT Scholarships 2025
All Scholarship category students are eligible for scholarship of Rs.12, 400/- per month under DBT scheme of AICTE during the M. Tech. Course.
Contingency Grant: - M.Tech scholarship students would be also entitled for contingency grant. (Presently Rs.5000/- each year) in accordance with the decisions of the Institute. The unspent contingency grant will not be carry forward to next year.
