Overall, the college is good.
Placements: 70% of students are placed. The highest package is around INR 10 LPA, the lowest is INR 3 LPA, and the average is INR 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS & HDFC .About 50% of students received internships at KPMG & Infosys. Top roles offered are economists, data analysts, and financial consultants.
Infrastructure: The department offers average classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a good library with Wi-Fi. Hostel facilities are decent, with clean rooms and good food in the mess. Medical services are good and there are various sports facilities available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable and give support. They cleared all doubts; their behavior is good. The curriculum is relevant and designed to make students industry-ready. Semester exams can be challenging, with a pass percentage of around 75%.
Other: I chose the BA Programme in Economics and OMSP from BR Ambedkar University Delhi for the knowledge of economics. The best aspects include engaging coursework and practical work. Improvements could be made in internship opportunities and better connectivity. The campus hosts various events and offers scholarships, enhancing student life.

Placements and the average and highest salary packages are critical factors to consider.
Placements: I heard some rumors that the college will help with placements, but I'm not convinced about the infrastructure. The state of the campus, including the classrooms, library, labs, sports facilities, and hostel, is concerning. There are questions about the availability of placement assistance, the percentage of students placed, and the average, highest, and lowest salary packages offered.
Infrastructure: The labs are good for college students, but there isn't much else. Among my batch, I only connected well with a small group of 2-3 people, and I am still connected with them; they are amazing. However, the rest (99%) were uncultured and unpleasant; they seemed to ignore me, possibly because I wasn't Marathi. Even the faculty members (except a few) were negative and discouraging. This negative environment made me feel discouraged and led me to skip classes frequently, resulting in being put on the defaulter list and getting a year drop in my first year. There was one particularly rude girl who seemed to have a problem with me for no reason. I remember an incident where I came to class early and saved a seat for my close friends, and she yelled at me about it. It seemed like she felt entitled to the seat because she arrived late.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant, but it won't make students industry-ready. Important soft skills for teachers include time management, leadership, strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in employing various teaching methods.
Other: I wish the students and teachers would improve. Areas like events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities could all use enhancement.

Good in infrastructure but bad in facilities.
Placements: Placement in this college is just like dreams come true. In our B.A. programme, we don't even have any facilities, not even internships. I was really happy after getting this course but after knowing that our college doesn't provide any placements or internships, that really broke my heart.
Infrastructure: Talking about library books, old and new books are not available, Wi-Fi doesn't work and it's fine in labs. The college doesn't provide hostels. Foods in canteens are expensive and of low quantity; the ground is big; they don't provide medical facilities; they even don't provide drinking water .
Faculty: Exams are not difficult; you simply need to study on your own; this will not be difficult. If we talk about teachers, few are helpful, but some of them are not available, don't teach properly, and even come late to teach.
Other: It's pretty good in courses, but what I wish would improve about my course is to get better teachers and get placements; my course doesn't get placements and internships easily, and about festivals and events, our principal mostly cancels them.

Bhim Rao Ambedkar College - Best Off-Campus College of DU.
Placements: Bhim Rao Ambedkar College is not known for its placement success, with a very low percentage of students getting placed. Only 1-2 courses offer placement opportunities upon graduation, and the placements offered are not with major MNCs.
Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure, Bhim Rao Ambedkar College is one of the best off-campus colleges of DU. It boasts a spacious campus with a large open area, ensuring there is no feeling of overcrowding. The college offers well-equipped computer labs, and there is a two-story library filled with a wide variety of books for students to access.
Faculty: The faculty at Bhim Rao Ambedkar College is top-notch for an off-campus institution. The teachers are highly qualified and provide excellent instruction. Most faculty members hold multiple degrees and are alumni of prestigious institutions. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty, offering a balance that challenges students without being too overwhelming.
Other: I got into this course by clearing the CUET exam and securing a spot on the merit list. The course I am studying is among the most sought-after at the college. Events are frequently held, and the college fest, Chetna Utkarsh, usually takes place in February. The college is also a great place for students interested in sports, providing ample opportunities in this area.

Dissatisfied because of placement facility.
Placements: The placement in this college is below average. Especially for the B.A. Programme course, there is no such thing as placement. This college may have placements for other courses offered by the college, but it would be about 5-10% of the whole college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good and it has gained some ranking among the best colleges in DU for infrastructure. However, the condition of classrooms and benches is not good. In fact, many benches are broken in classrooms. Classrooms are even dirty. This college does not provide any hostel facility. The students can live in a PG (paying guest) which is around that area.
Faculty: Some faculty of this course are very good, for example, economics, English, Maths, or even HRM. But some of the faculty are not good, due to which students do not want to come to the college. The course curriculum is also relevant as it has the same level as any other course such as B.Tech. But this course cannot make the students industry-ready. They have to learn extra skills for getting placement or they have to study higher education such as MBA for better industry knowledge or for better placement. Semester exams are of moderate level. If a student prepares themselves according to the syllabus given, then they can get good marks in the exam. The pass percentage for the exam is 35% for both external and internal marks.
Other: The main reason for me to choose this course was the subject (HRM) for which I wanted to continue my studies. The best thing about my course was the faculty of my main discipline subject, which was HRM Maths. The placement percentage for our course can increase so that a student can land a job after graduation for gaining any skills or earning some money. The campus crowd and connectivity are huge in our college. But the number of fests taking place in our college is very low. The main reason is the college doesn't give funds for fests and all.
