It has the best faculty members.

Placements: Students from our college got recruited in various chemical laboratories and pharmaceutical industries like Cipla, Ranbaxy, etc., with good annual packages which are satisfactory enough. Some students opted for higher studies like IACS, IICB, etc. Some also got jobs in colleges as faculty members.

Infrastructure: All the laboratories are well-furnished with the required chemicals and apparatus. There is a well maintained departmental as well as central library which is furnished with all sorts of books and eminent journals. Previously there was no hostel under the administration of the college, but a new hostel is under construction.

Faculty: Faculty members of the department are very good. All the teachers are well enough, highly qualified, and helpful. The department also offers a post-graduate degree and some of the students have done their doctorates under the guidance of professors. The post-graduate department is also good although many students do not study here.

Other: I chose this course because of the interesting subjects, and it also has a better prospect in the future especially for those students who aspire to work in laboratories and chemical institutes.
