No placements for B.A. Hons. English.

Placements: Even though B.A. Hons. English is one of the most demanded courses at Delhi University, the placements are not satisfactory. First, the core domain jobs do not come. Even if they come, the domain offered is primarily sales, marketing, or HR. The average package is around 3 to 4 LPA. And out of a batch of 60 students, only 3 to 4 people get the job.

The infrastructure is good.

Placements: There are not many placements provided by the college; there are low placements in my college. The average package is 5 to 6 LPA. Companies like FMCG, KPMG, and BlackRock recruit from here. Maybe only 5% of students get placements in the college. The B.Com Honours course is good.

My college is very good for educational purpose because they provide good education .

Placements: My college students placement is very low; may be 5% of students get placed in the company. The highest salary is 30,000. The minimum salary is 15,000. This is very low. The roles offered are sales intern and sales manager. The company's name is KC Globe.

Dissatisfied by faculty but good society.

Placements: I am pursuing B.A. Eco+HRM, and it is a decent course. DU has introduced a new education policy, and it makes my course better. The average package of my course is 5-6 LPA. Top roles offered in my course are HR Manager. Internship opportunities are good.

Review of Dyal Singh Evening College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Top recruiting companies visited our campus. Only 3 to 4 students were able to get college placement. The remaining students were pursuing their master's degrees or looking for work.

Good College but need to work on overall engagement of students and strict attendance .

Placements: 5% of students placed in our college and other don't get chance to get placement through college, students need to find job by outer source. Also the placement drive given to the students who stay active in college others don't get a chance to know about companies.

It is an average college because of its facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: Students get the lowest package of 2 LPA, an average of 4.25 LPA, and the highest of 12 LPA from top companies like KPMG, EY, etc. About 50% to 60% of students get internships.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with faculty and good placements.

Placements: There were 60 students and around 10 were placed. The average salary package is Rs.19,000 per month. Around 15 to 20 students got internships. Our teacher tell us to do post graduation from Germany to get a good salary package.

Due to covid couldn't enjoy college life but first 6 months of college wereu201d mesmerising u201c.

Placements: The placement is not very affective, Since only few students are placed (10%) or so. The package is also not very attractive the lowest is 2 lac and the highest may vary between 4lac -8lac. EY is one of the recruiting companies. 20% students get internship in MNCs. Role which is offered is assurance in forensics.

I am not satisfied because of its placements structure.

Placements: The placements are not in this college. A proper placements drive is not even conducted, and very few companies come to the college for placements. The average salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 6.8 LPA. The roles offered are mostly sales and business development. Top recruiting companies include EY and Planetspark.

It is a good college with a good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is not that good, but you can get internships through the placement cell. Around 90% of the students got placed in the companies through internships. The highest salary offered is around Rs. 20,000 per month only if students have some IT knowledge with the degree.

College premises are huge, but teaching is average.

Placements: The top recruiting company was Genpact, and the maximum salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month for the finance profile. Approximately 15-20% of the students in our batch got an offer for account profiles with a salary of Rs. 12,000 per month. Only a couple of students got offers for finance profiles.

I am not well-satisfied with the placements and studies provided by the college.

Placements: Placements are majorly available for commerce students as the society of that department is highly active. Students are working in the top 4 companies with a good salary package. Our course is the topmost taken and placement made course. You must choose the course wisely.

Average college considering the low fees.

Placements: Only 2-3 companies visited the college for placements, namely Genpact and Decathlon. Genpact offered accounting profile with a salary of around 15k monthly. So do not expect companies flooding around the campus after 2 years. You can try for common DU placements where many recruiters come and all DU students are eligible to attend.

Teachers are good, but there should be proper placement cell for campus recruitment.

Placements: The placement process is not that good. There is a need of placement cell so that students can get opportunities to learn new skills which helps them to be industry-ready. There is a need for soft skills cell which can help students in improving their communication skills.

Review of Dyal Singh Evening College.

Placements: Placements in the college were fair enough considering it's an evening college. Moreover, the placement volumes were at par with the morning college. The average salary package offered was around 2.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. The highest salary package offered was around 5 LPA. Internships were mainly provided through off-campus drives.

Overall, the college is improving and leaving behind its stereotype image.

Placements: The placement cell of DSEC was not active before 2016, but things are changing slowly. Students are now getting campus placements. About 50%-70% of the students got placed with an average salary package. The placement cell also organises an internship fair which is fruitful.

Dissatisfied because of the crowd.

Placements: There are good companies that approach our college. Placement cell is doing well to provide us the best internships and jobs further. In every 6 months, job fair is held for the students to provide opportunities for a good carreeer ahead. They select the students mostly with good communication skills and confidence.

Review of Dyal Singh College.

Placements: Although the placements provided for other courses are good, the placements for political science students are bad. There is a placement committee for other courses, but there is no such development in the political science department.
