It has decent infrastructure, good faculty members, and strong placements.

Placements: More than 80% of students get placed in our college. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. Many companies like Google and HCL visit the college to hire students. More percentage of students get internships from many technical companies. Many roles are offered to students.

I am satisfied with this college, but not that much.

Placements: About 40-50% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in the B.Com course ranges from 7-8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in the B.Com course ranges from 2-4 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 4.5 -5.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like KPMG, Wipro, JSW, Byju's, and Bajaj Capital Limited visit the college to hire students from our course. Only 10% of students got internships. Roles like finance and banking are offered to students.

Shyam Lal College, Shahdara.

Placements: The placement facility at this college is very poor. The highest package for a B.Com student is ₹30,000 per month, and the percentage of students who got internships is only 10%. This college increases the fees year by year; I paid ₹20,500 in the first year, ₹22,500 in the second year, and ₹24,500 in the third year.

Academic feedback on Shyamlal College.

Placements: Since the college is off-campus therefore companies that come to the college are very less. Companies that come to the college recruit students for the role of marketing, sales, call centres, and content writing. The highest salary package offered by Byju's is 8 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA - 5 LPA. The only thing that matters is that it's Delhi University and the importance of the degree.

Yes it's a decent college .

Placements: As I am still studying, I will complete my course in 2027. But as I asked about my seniors, they said very few companies visit our college, and approximately 10% of students got internships from my course. The offer that they give to students is very low. Zomato and Mother Dairy are the recruiters.

Actual reality of a DU college .

Placements: College has diverse courses and all the streams, which are science, commerce and arts. The highest package for which a candidate was placed from college was about 12 LPA. But on average, only 10 to 20 percent of students are getting placements and more of them usually get around 4 to 6 LPAs only. And the rest might get internships for experience .

Actually, I recommend not taking admission here. Teachers are very rude, and placements are bad.

Placements: My experience was bad; there was very low placement rate. Very few students got placement. Digitech was one of the companies for recruitment, but the placements were low. The companies that came to college only hired students with the best academic performance.

It's not really a good college, and the location also is not so good with few events.

Placements: Even 10 percent of students don't get placement. The highest package is 65 Lacs per annum, the lowest is 10 LPA, and the average is 20 LPA. Only some percentage of students get internships, and in some small companies, roles are offered that are good and of value, but I don't recommend.

Average college. Not the best but definitely not the worst.

Placements: Almost 45% of students were placed in my course. The average package offered was 2 LPA. 20% got internships. Top roles offered were HR and manager. A lot of companies offered internships to us, and a lot of people actually got internships and got recruited, nearly 75%.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the location.

Placements: You can't expect much placement opportunities from Shyam Lal College, but you will get lifetime exposure that will help improve your skills. You can get internships, and we also have a placement and internship cell. There are lots of societies where you can work as well.

I am satisfied and happy with the college.

Placements: In our course, placements are very minimal and rare. Students get many opportunities in college by joining various societies which gives them various optimistic views toward careers. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest highest salary package offered ranges from 1-2 LPA, which is good.

Life at my Shyam Lal College.

Placements: In my college, 75% of students were placed in my college. I don? T Know about the highest or the lowest package offered in my college. There is no company to recruit anyone, and no one got an internship from my course. In my course, they offered the role of assistance.

It's not the best, but it's not the worst either.

Placements: As for placements, I've heard mixed reviews from seniors. Some have gotten decent jobs, while others are still struggling. The college does have a placement cell, but it's not very active. They do invite some companies for campus placements, but the packages are not very impressive.

Honest Review on Shyam lal college (Delhi University). .

Placements: Our college has a placement cell. Every year, it invites different companies like WIPRO, etc. to provide placement to the students. It helps the students to acquire jobs. The average package is around 400,000 to 500,000 LPA. The highest package is around 800,000 LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is around 40 to 50 percent. Our college also provides internship programs to the students. The stipend is around 4,000 to 10,000 and may vary according to your skills and contribution t...

An Interesting Picture of Shyam Lal College.

Placements: Usually, the students of the B.Com course have more than 6-7 CGPA grades annually. Placements depend on the performance of the students and their academic results or grades. With B.Com, anyone can enter the accounting, law, or management fields, and also internship programs are often seen to be provided to students.

Review of Shyam Lal College (Delhi university).

Placements: I am the core member of the placement cell of Shyam Lal College, and our cell tries to reach out to HR of all the big companies to invite them for campus drives. Although the recruitment ratio is lower as candidates aren't satisfied with the job opportunities they get as it's not a well-reputed college on the North campus.

One of the worst colleges of Delhi University.

Placements: The placements are quite low in this college; only 2 percent of people get placed every year, and you shouldn't expect a package of more than 3-4 lacs per year. If you are doing some other stuff, like a job or any other degree, side by side, then it is good.

A very good off-campus college in Delhi University.

Placements: Our college has a 65% placement rate. It is decent for an off-campus college in Delhi University. Many big companies come to hire people for their organisations. I rated it 3 because I think it has no competition with North campus colleges. Still, it has a good placement rate.

It is an excellent college for students.

Placements: The percentage of students who get placed every year is average. About 60-70% of students got placed in the last year. Companies like Bajaj Capital Limited, IDBI Bank,  Federal Life Insurance, etc., visit the college to hire students. Roles like an accountant, sales manager, marketing manager, etc., are offered to students. Recruiting of companies depends on many factors like course, knowledge, and other skills. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered...
