I am satisfied with the college faculty members and placements.

Placements: Maximum students were placed in my college. The highest package is approximately Rs.19,000 per month and the lowest package is Rs.9000 per month in hand for the electrical department. The top recruiting companies are L&T construction, JSPL, CUMMINS, etc. The percentage of students who got internships is less in our batch because of the pandemic situation.

Infrastructure: Our college has well-decorated classrooms some of our classes also have a projector. The laboratories are also good. Maximum equipment required for our lab is available here. The library is also good. We get a variety of books there as per our needs. But we don't have a hostel.

Faculty: The teachers are so helpful anytime we need them. They are knowledgeable and the quality of teaching is also good. The semester exams are good because all the teachers prepared us perfectly for the exams. They guide us all the time either in the class or in the teachers' room.

Extremely student-friendly and amiable faculty.

Placements: Almost 1300 students (average) takes admission at our college per annum. Our department has near about 50 students in a semester batch which is 2.3 % of the students who takes admission yearly. The highest package of students is to say that 60 students seat is reserved by the college for electrical department. There are several companies which recruits young students to fulfill their dream at their arena like ABB India. Adani Transmission Limited. Aditya Birla Group. AIRWORKS India Engineering Private Limited. Altair Electronics Limited. Amara Raja Batteries. AMCO Electrical & Engineering Co. BAeHAL. Usually the students completes their bachelor degree from here, many students have excelled in their course here and later they have gone to another institution for further studies. So many top roles from many departments is there like NSS programme, cultural programme in-charge.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in our college for students. Though the labs, classrooms, and library is very high rates and well furnished. Every kind of books for all subjects is available in college library. Labs have enough equipment more than needed. Classrooms are above average types and big in size. There is no hostel in college but students can manage hiring pen-guests nearby the college. And the canteen offers good quality foods. The college has first aid medical faculty members. However there is no ground for play in college campus. Annual sports take place in another university play ground.

Faculty: Teachers of EIJE college of chemistry department are extremely student-friendly and amiable. They are very helpful and always try to fulfill the need of their students as much as possible. Teaching quality is excellent after all. Adding to that, each and every student of the department has his/her a personal mentor ( 3-4 students include in a teacher's Mentee group). This mentor-mentee programme is very innovative and useful as well. It goes without saying that electrical engineering is one of the most versatile subjects. After diploma there is almost 10 career and course options. We all know the value of electrical engineering and electrical technology. Electrical engineering is the essential part of our technology and electric industry. 1st semester exam was quite average level as it was fiesta college online exam for that batch's student. And the semester pass percentage was 100% in our department.

Other: Students choose their course as per their wish and passion for the subject. I'm not also an exception of that. Benefits and usefulness of electrical engineering has been discussed previously. The syllabus and curriculum is need to be up to date. Events, fest, campus crowd and surrounding is average, scholarship's are given so it's pretty good for students and extracurricular activities are also good.

It is a good college in West Bengal for placements with a friendly environment but poor teachers.

Placements: I am a final year student in this college. It is a government polytechnic college in Dalalpukur, Howrah, West Bengal. It is a beautiful and well-maintained college. The college offers courses like electrical, mechanical, electronics and telecommunication and metallurgical engineering. Almost 80% of the students of our course got well-placed. Many MNC companies and production companies like L&T, Capgemini, JSPL, Anand India, Yazaki, etc., do their campus placements in our college. Some WB-based engineering sectors also offer campus selection.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility, but there are many mess rooms near the college. Many seniors helped to find the mess. A small canteen grew up in the previous year on our college campus. Food quality is good and affordable, but there is less variety of food like about 2 or 3 items.

Faculty: Professors are highly educated and experienced, and they also teach us well. Some of them are arrogant, but the head of all departments are responsible to us. There is a lack of faculty members, and few good teachers are transferred. Classes occur in a scheduled manner.

Other: I wanted to study electrical engineering course, so I admitted to this college in electrical engineering. Sports, fresher programme, teachers' day celebration and college fests are organised by the college. We enjoy it a lot.

Our college is very good for studies.

Placements: Approximately 60% of the students got placed from our batch. In our course, the highest salary package offered was 2.4 LPA, the average salary package offered was 1.44 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. The top recruiting company for this course is Capgemini.

Infrastructure: Separate classrooms, labs and a library are available in our college. Hostel facilities are not available, but there is a small canteen on the college campus. The food quality of the canteen is not that good. There are no grounds for sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and all teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of the teachers is very impressive. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because I like this course.

It is a good and affordable government polytechnic college.

Placements: Placements are very low like every other government polytechnic college. Our college is located in an urban area. It is a reputed college so many companies visit our college. The salary offered ranges between Rs. 7,000-20,000 per month. The placement cell approaches very good companies. Around 15-20% of students got placed in our college. Our college provides internships. Students get the post of junior engineer in many companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is old but well-facilitated. It has all the needed equipment. All workshops are well-equipped. The library has many books. All classrooms are the same. There is no hostel in our college. There are many good messes near our college.

Faculty: Almost 90% of teachers are helpful. They are well-qualified. It is a government college, so only a few teachers focus to finish the chapter. Some of them are caring. You have to study by yourself. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not much difficult if you stud. Students have the pressure of assignments. So they get supplements in a few subjects. Many students pass exams.

Other: I opted for this course because it is a mainstream course, and people get jobs more easily than in other courses. Our college should provide a good campus and should announce the results on time. Our college celebrates every festival. The campus is crowded. It is located in Howrah, so the connectivity is good. Students come from very long distances. Some of them travel daily. The station is near the bus stand. Surroundings are peaceful. If you are eligible, you can apply for scholarships. Our college helps us to get scholarships. Our college arranges annual sports events, including cricket, football, etc. Most of them are supervised by college seniors.
