Review of Fergusson College.
Placements: About 80% of students get placement easily. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. About 60% of students from our course got an internship. It supports you in every possible manner and guides you towards your future.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available within college premises, and the speed of Wi-Fi is also good. Labs, classrooms, and the library are regularly cleaned and maintained. The quality of food served at the college is good, and they prepare different food on different days and special food on special occasions.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is awesome, and they will definitely help you clear your concepts. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Exams are quite difficult here.

Satisfied, but the college is not as I imagined.
Placements: The campus selection is a rare thing in Fergusson because it's a college of arts and pure science. As per my knowledge, these two streams don't have much campus selections, but some industries do visit our college and provide some jobs too. The students get scholarships around Rs. 80,000 per year, but the central government offers it. I would say that Fergusson has less campus placements.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi system available in the college, but many sites are blocked, so it is of no use if you don't know how to unblock the sites. The classrooms are good. The library is full of books. A psychiatrist is available in the college. Sports-related, gymkhana is also okay in the college. Mainly, there are 3 canteens in the college, but the canteen of Fergusson is named as Anna canteen, and it is the worst canteen I ever saw. The hostel rooms are pretty good as I live in the hostel and single-seater room, but the mess food is like you don't wish to go there again, and the hostel has many rules.
Faculty: The faculty members of the college are good and highly qualified, but the quality of teaching is lacking. The methods used by them are modern. The college arranges various visits by the department wise, which is good in this sense. By this visits, students get to know how the knowledge gained by them, can be utilised in the world of the living. The teachers are also humans, so it depends on them, how helpful they are, but you will have enough faculty members to guide you through the course in the college.
Other: Many events were held in the college like debate, college fest, sports competitions, various competitive exams, and various speeches of successful people like IAS, IPS, politicians, etc., for the students.

Best college in India if you want to graduate in Science or Arts.
Placements: There are no placements after graduation. There may be some after the Masters from Chemistry or CS. From my batch, nobody got placed. I don't think anyone gets placed after B.Sc or BA. The highest and the lowest packed offered would be zero. There is no placement cell in our college.
Infrastructure: The college building is old and vintage. The hostel is not that great and there is limited occupancy. There are three canteens on the campus one of them is good to rest are decent. There is huge ground for sports and a gym that nobody ever visits. The library is best. There's Wi-Fi but you can't really access anything, besides the college website. I've no idea about the food in the mess but my friends told me it's terrible.
Faculty: Great faculty except for a few people which I think is a case in every college. College is autonomous and affiliated with Pune University which means you'll get a degree from SPPU itself. The curriculum is great nothing to complain about it. No college doesn't make students industry-ready. Most of the people here go for competitive exams like UPSC.

If you want admission for BSc course, then I think it is possible. Your admission won’t happen on merit, because score is quite low for open candidate. But you just keep visiting college office even after the 3rd merit list is displayed, and you are not on it. Many candidates vacate their seats afte

In order to get admission, you need to register yourself to the college website. The admission is based upon the marks obtained in 10+2.
